I was playing at a few casinos today and the speed of the dealing is ridiculous in some cases.

Dublinbet Punto Banco (baccarat) is around 2/3 hands a minute with no players at the table.

The roulette there seems pretty fast as well.

I notice all the Playtech casinos have around 20 second spins as well.

Does this put any of you guys off? Do you prefer playing RNG because of this?

I am curious. Somebody once said 'system' players lose more money than anybody else. So why anger them by spinning like the clappers. Is it because more online players are likely to be using a system compared to the B+M players and are a bit more savvy.

The only casino that seems to give you a bit of extra time is Smartlive with their 60 second spins.

Does it all just boil down to the fact that they are greedy and more spins per minute = more [smiley]aes/money.png[/smiley].  (probably)

Online casinos want to take away any advantage you may have in the casino. faster spins are a way.

You answered your own question with Dublinbet. "with no players at the table"

They won't be making much dosh with no one at the table. They obviously make all their profits from online punters.....so they act like one.

Yeah, makes sense!

There were times I had just finished working out my bet when the next round of cards were coming out of the shoe.  The thing I like about dublinbet and their baccarat is you can play against a live shoe for 10 cents a game. So it's great for testing out any strategies against a live shoe. (not so great if you can't work your bet out in 15-20 seconds)

cheers

I believe so, spinning doesn't require any system. I always depend  on pot of luck whenever I spin the reels. However if your playing roulette, systems are good  devise. I for one uses strategy and system. The most popular I think is Martingale. When I play at BetCoin Casino,  I always use it whenever I bet on odd/even or red/black.

the faster they go -- more profit they gain in the same unit of time. I guess their goal is also to cut off those players who want to bet according to the wheel conditions, and those players have to place sometimes many bets. they prefer those who play outside bets. Those easily lose a lot.

Xander got it right when he said that using progressions like Martingale is a sure way to lose much more than just a house edge.

There is a way around it iggiv which is obvious when you think about it! (unfortunately it took me a while  :D )

All decisions are just a random stream.

Take these 6 numbers for example:

You could just take every second number. Then it becomes....

Even chances...(every second decision)

Dozens...(every second decision)

Spreading things out gives you time to analyse all sorts of things. It's great for online casinos (especially some of these slingshot airball types) who like to spin every 20 seconds. Just space things out to whatever your requirements are. It works a charm.

Bally thanx, but i prefer looking at the wheel and betting according to it. It's too complicated to elaborate, sorry. I am not gonna play anymore in casinos like partycasino, casinoeuro etc, where they won't give u much time to bet.

One of the best casinos is still Smartlive if you play their live wheel. They give 60 seconds in between spins.

I don't trust Supercasino! They claim to have a live wheel and you see the dealer standing over the wheel....however if you watch the process they go through, you can easily see how the numbers could be generated by an RNG.

Smartlive, Dublinbet, castle casino are good enough for me. party casino, belgian casino777 are not good enough.
