Update to my recent issue with Will Hill Live French Roulette....

Well, I eventually got a resolution to my earlier posting regarding not receiving my winnings.
After 10 days or so with no contact (apart from apologetic emails every 2 days saying sorry for the delay our Tech team is still looking into this) I got an email saying that they could find nothing untoward with my issue.

I promptly replied asking if they had confirmed their logs for a server error at the time of my last bet? They replied later that day neither confirming or denying this and would stand firm on their decision but as a 'gesture of goodwill' would refund me £28 (which was almost what my winnings would have been).

As this saga had dragged on long enough by now I gratefully accepted this (if honest I didn't expect to get anything back!) but when I logged back into my account the funds were only being offered as a 'bonus' to play with! This was clearly not the same as a gesture of goodwill refund of £28! So I promptly called Cmr Services who agreed that the was misleading (they had a copy of the email I had been sent as well).

They agreed to recredit my account with the £28 so I could either choose to withdraw or continue playing in the casino with this amount.

I just wonder if I would have received this amount back if had I not threatened to close my account down and refer the matter to the Gambling Commission? Anyway, after a bit of persistence I got my money back which I didn't think would happen as at the time of the error I hadn't taken a screenshot on my PC so couldn't actually prove what I was saying was in fact true. I shall remember next time!

As previously stated, I've never had any issues with Will Hill previously after many plays on their online and live casinos. This restored my faith in them a little and historically I have made some good gains from this company so didn't really want to close my account down.

Two things to learn from my recent experience; 1) Be persistent and don't be afraid to threaten with account closure or referring them to the relevant Gambling authority in your particular country and 2) take a screenshot of any error messages or server error notifications if they happen as this is irrefutable evidence in your favour and can't be ignored by a reputable company.

Morning Mathemagician,

Just to confirm that I have just come off the BetVoyager No-Zero RNG table just a few moments ago using the latest version of your RKG and used the new 'neighbours' bets with great success.

The most I had to wait for one of the neighbouring dozens to appear was 4 spins but luckily I had doubled on the 4th one so covered my losses. Not recommending progression bets really but it does seem to work for me more often than not with the 12 number suggestions RKG gives me.

I actually more than doubled my bank roll within about 25 mins of playing time and withdrew my winnings promptly via Skrill without issue. Most wins came from the Neighbours bets and the hidden dozen (of course) and one finals bet. I set the alert to trigger after 10 missed Neighbours dozens and all worked well for me.

Interestingly, as it was a 'No-Zero' table on a couple of occasions the Neighbours bet suggested included placing a stake on a zero! So instead I placed a chip on the next individual number that hadn't hit the most times (easy to do with RKG as each number records how long since last hit) - and guess what, both numbers came up each time saving me a re-bet!

Betvoyager allows a minimum bet of 0.05 euros so is great for testing out new systems. The 'No-Zero' table does take 10% of your winnings after every playing session unfortunately (to allow for the loss of the 'house edge' I'm guessing) but playing for such low stakes to trial new systems is a major benefit.

I can't say that this is 'first time' luck as I tried this new version out yesterday at the 1centcasino site and again the new Neighbours bets worked well for me.

Note to Peter - the alerts are not cancelling on the numbers board on RKG after a win on the new Neighbours bets. Is this an easy fix?

Agree with Mathmagician regarding Will HIll Live french as I too have a general distrust of most RNG tables despite them being sooooo much quicker.

However....

Last week I encountered my first issue with Will Hill Live French roulette.

Was involved in a small progression on some neighbour bets and they came out on the 3rd spin. Bet was confirmed as placed and winning number came up and wheel stopped, etc. but before my winnings were sent to my balance a server error message popped up and the game terminated. Message wasn't particularly helpful just stating that a server error had occured and I should contact Will Cmr Services - which is what I did straight away.

After a fruitless 20 mins on Will Hills online chat line to try and resolve the problem it was agreed to pass the issue on to their technical team for further investigation. I was promised that I would be contacted within 24 to 48 hours with a resolution. This was over a week ago now. I can't see me getting those winnings back somehow!

Problem is, if you use the Will Hill bet history feature it only takes you back to the preceding (losing) bet which confirms the bets I was wagering on but doesn't include my winning bet when the server issue occurred despite this being a repeat bet.

I think Will Hill uses a third party 'live' casino as it appears to be exactly the same one used by SkyCasino. Presumably, they would need to contact that company to confirm that there was indeed an error at that exact time as I'm guessing they take their 'feed' from them? Interestingly, my wager was returned after the last bet - therefore if it had lost they wouldn't have returned the stakes and/or this confirms an error occured? Am I right?

Anyway, don't want to put anyone off using Will Hill live as this is the first and only time after many, many uses of their site that I've encountered such a problem. Will Hill in the meantime are sending me emails every 2 days confirming that their technical team are still looking in to it and apologising for not having got back to me. I'm not holding my breath on this one!

Particularly annoying at the time as the winning bet had just nicely covered a small losing streak I was going through and would have more than covered this and left me in profit! Whereupon I was just about to quit (honestly!).

Good luck everyone.

Not on BetVoyagers No-Zero Euro roulette table!

Works well with 'neutral' non-opposing bets (exactly as shown in your second image) to build up a spin history for use say in any tracking software.

I've had some nice short term gains just recently at the above site. [smiley]aes/smile.png[/smiley]

Yes Peter, I tried this site out with a $5 BR as well and quickly doubled my money (and withdrew the same day using Skrill).

All very quick and painless and as you say, a good way to try out systems with any bet being as low as 1 cent if required.

Thanks for letting us know of this and when are you releasing the latest version of RKG with all the new neighbours bets?

Peter,

I've had a good play around with your 'Unhitnumbers' spreadsheet and everything works just fine. (took me few moments to realize that the blanks in the results column are zeros - guess zero isn't classed as an Integer).

I must have sampled at least 100 or so recalculates on the excel spreadsheet by now and I averaged out between 2 to 3 spins (approx. 2.4 to be a little more precise) before the hidden 12 appeared. Not bad odds if you are wagering on them but a cautionary note - I did manage to generate 16 spins once and several 14 spins before the 12 appeared! (I think the highest in your Youtube video was 13).

Does this agree with your own findings?

I'm sure if I did a statistical analysis on this the 1st and 2nd spin 'reveal' of the hidden 12 would probably represent over 65% of my 100 randomised sample range. 1st and 2nd spins did come out a lot and quite unusual to get more than 8 spins but certainly not infrequent.

I also tried your recent tweaked settings for WH RNG i.e. increased some of the alert settings by 1 and all seems to work well for me. However, just recently I've found WH rather harder to extract wins from. No hard evidence to support this claim but just from how my last few sessions have panned out. So as a consequence I've been quitting sessions earlier for a smaller profit gain compared to my usual time frame for playing. Anyone else noticed this or am I just being paranoid again?

Looking forward to your next video Peter. Good luck online!

This is a quick posting onto the forum of my initial thoughts after having played roulette online in both RNG tables and Live Casino tables using the software; Roulette Key Gold (RKG).

Firstly, I found the set up of RKG very straightforward and fairly intuitive to use although I didn't quite know at first what all the numbers meant that are dotted all over the interface. However, Peter provides a good help page on his website so not an issue.

After using the software on some practice sites I decided to place 2 bankrolls into 2 different online Casinos: William Hill (WH) and Sky Casino (SC). My own bankroll in WH and the free initial sign up offer of £20 in SC. The aim on both accounts was to emulate Peters doubling of the initial BR over a period of sessions (or days) whilst targeting a certain percentage growth. In Peters challenge videos on his website 4% was used to double £100 in 20 days. I believe, if memory serves me, that this was achieved comfortably after 18 days.

Therefore, I set myself the challenge of targeting what I thought was an achievable 10% growth within 10 days on a £50 BR at WH. Additionally, as the SC £20 was effectively free playing money I would target a more ambitious 15% and attempt to double my money much sooner at this casino.

Well, as you can see from the results in the image below I more than achieved both targets with time to spare!

The purple figures are my actual BR figures after each day of 10 - 20 mins play (often longer on the Live tables) and the yellow cells represent the doubling marker points based on the desired % growth rate aiming for. Targeting a conservatively played 10% growth at WH you can see I exceeded the double amount after only day 6 (2 days sooner than suggested by the table) and actually averaged over 11% increase (the green figure at cell K1).

A more aggressive stance was adopted at SC and you can see that the £20 is now worth £161 after just 7 sessions averaging nearly 39% over that time period!

Obviously I could afford to be more aggressive and employ more progressive style betting on the 'free' money at SC but I was still relatively conservative usually using 10p and 20p bets mostly as my starting BR was so low.

My most successful wagers have be with the 'hidden dozen' and the 'neighbours' type bets built in alerts on RKG. I didn't employ many 'systems' initially as my BR was so low to start with but I did have success on SC RNG using the Rational system 2-3 times. I don't particularly like using RNG so used these for quick start small increases for 10 mins before switching to Live play. Live is painfully slow but you can pre-load the first 22 or so numbers from the table history into RKG to give yourself a little head start on the game and it's not usually too long before the first suggestions are displaying on RKG.

So, my verdict so far? : Glad I subscribed to RKG! The figures speak for themselves (or have I been incredibly lucky and not had a bad losing streak yet?

I suppose 7 days worth isn't a huge sample range over 2 different casinos but I also achieved excellent results prior to this self-challenge on Betvoyager casino and WH practice tables.

Anyone else out there had a similar experience with RKG?

Hi again Peter,

Quick note to let you know I've just posted a positive review on Amazon of your book. Hope it helps.

Had a quick WH Live French session with a gain of 12% which I was very pleased with after 52 Spins and my Sky free £20 has now increased to £94.90 after 5 sessions on Live and RNG at SkyCasino. Happy with the steady progress so far.

Look forward to playing around with the spreadsheet(s) in due course.

I'm off to bed now, another gaming day awaits tomorrow and luckily as I've no hair left it can't turn grey with all this nervous gambling tension!  :stress:

Yes that is the problem with Live play.

Just occured to me with that series of weird repeat numbers I had on WH RNG yesterday. If I'd had the foresight and used the Rational system (Chap VIII) I'd be quids in!!

Peter do you know when I'll get my £6 refund on the Amazon (kindle version) book I purchased now that I subscribe? Do you need any proof of purchase?

Also, when you get a chance can you email that spreadsheet we spoke about earlier.

If I can convince any of my friends/colleagues at work perhaps to subscribe what percentage commission do you provide?

Off to WH RNG now for hopefully a quick 3-4% increase and then finish off in the French Live perhaps this evening - I'm aiming for 8-10% gains daily initially then might throttle back a bit. Also have found (not always though) that if I delay the first bet after an alert from RKG then bet on the next spin I more often than not win within 2 spins on WH RNG! Just an observation maybe something in it? Don't particularly trust RNG sessions but soooo much quicker than Live and I don't really want to spend more than 20 mins a day on this if possible.

Quick update on todays use of RKG... didn't like the RNG at WH today so tried the Live French at WH instead and moderate success with an 8% gain after 50 odd spins. Slow and steady she goes.

8% sounds like good growth for any investment but 8% of a very low starting figure is still a low figure! Still hoping if/when the BR gets bigger that 8% will start to look v. nice in time honoured compounding tradition!

I'll have another bash tomorrow but so far after day 4 I'm ahead of the curve in my attempt to emulate Peters 'double your money' challenge in less than 20 days (albeit that was based on a moderate 4% increase each day) - at this rate I should be there in a couple of days but lets not get too cocky! Rule of 72 but must apply the SMART regime. Good night folks.

Yes I can confirm that the 100% matched deposit does indeed require a very difficult to overcome wagering requirement as you suspected Peter.
If you were fortunate enough to meet those requirements which would take a fair time it has to be completed with the 30 days of taking the matched deposit. Back to your maxim of never accepting bonuses.

I shall however continue with my free SkyCasino 20 notes as see how far we get (more of a practice vehicle than anything).

On slightly different tack - just had a quick 3 or 5 mins on WH RNG Euro Roulette. Made a quick 4 unit profit but noticed some v odd behaviour so quit whilst ahead and will continue on WH Live French this evening.

Had 3 x no. 9 in a row followed by 2 x no. 32 in a row then back to 3 x no. 9 !! Most odd and never seen WH RNG perform such weird patterns before - perhaps it truly is random?

Anyway, didn't like the feel of it so got out quick sharpish.

Is the first deposit subject to any wagering requirements?

For example, if I deposit £50 say and get £50 matched so now have a playing BR of £100 to play with - are all winnings from that amount withdrawable? (guess I would need to exhaust the free welcome £20 first?).

If you don't know the answer I'll check out the Sky website this evening (I'm actually at work atm!). Good luck on Dublinbet btw.

Roulette Key Gold / Good testing ground for RKG...
July 25, 2015, 10:41:31 PM
Thread mainly for Peter but may as well share with all in the forum...

Sky Casino are currently doing a free 20 pound welcome bonus and no deposit required. So thought would be good opportunity to test RKG out on real dosh that won't be so painful to part with should I lose.

I know that bonuses like this are near impossible to withdraw as you have to meet ridiculous wagering criteria. In this case its 50x (i.e. 50 x 20 pounds = 1000! needs to be wagered in the casino before you can withdraw any winnings!). Anyway, good test of RKG under real money conditions...

Turned 20 Gbp into 42.80 Gbp in 76 spins. A reasonable return I think with RKG again coming up trumps with hidden dozen and neighbours bets but also sixains today as well. My next strategy is to turn 42.80 into 1000 (yeah right!)

FYI, the SkyCasino (which seems to be a rebranded or offshoot of Sky Vegas has an almost identical Live Casino lounge to Will Hills and I think the woman on the French Roulette table was the same one I saw on WH yesterday!). I did have a quick (and somewhat successful) go on their RNG roulette as well but unlike WHs you can't spin the table without having to place a bet which is a bit annoying for building up a history of numbers to input into RKG.

Anyway, looking forward to your next video posting Peter and good night.

Quick update Peter on my RKG subscription - received your email with Key code and all sorted now thanks.

Unlimited sessions for me now... don't get carried away!

Just had a quick practice on Non Zero table BV. 32 Units up in 74 spins - not bad at all.

Thanks for the jpeg - I can always divide by 2 if want to halve the stake on that table.

For better or for worse I've subscribed to RKG a few mins ago. Browser took me to -> http://www.winningrouletteplayer.com/success.html
but just a blank screen? Will you be emailing me a verification code or something for my 12 months subs?
