Money Management / Risk Preference
June 04, 2017, 07:20:07 PM
Hi Guys!

Which of the following would you prefer if you have:

COVERAGEMAX WINMAX LOSS
22.22%1620240
25.00%1560270
30.56%720330
22.22%1000480
36.11%750720
13.89%1800300
30.56%1440660

basically, i am trying a 3 step progression with different wheel coverage depending on its win-loss record.
I thought i could get the members opinion on your prerferred risk level.

Money Management / Re: 75% Money Management
February 28, 2016, 06:05:31 PM
hey Vic,

thank you for this very interesting MM :) i have some clarification though.

1. why do we need that 0.10 chip when our base unit is 1? what is it for?

2. i have this strategy using 8 numbers that hits in 3 or 6 spins depends on the position of the planets ;D.

session 1 bank : 80u

spin 1(miss): -8 ; remaining session bank: 72u
spin 2(miss): -8 ; remaining session bank: 64u
spin 3(hit): -8 ; remaining session 1 bank: 56u ;  +36u

should i apply the 75% rule like this?

a. apply the 75% rule on the 36u won.

win: 36u
session 1 bank(50%) : 56u + 18u = 74u
session 2 bank(25%) : 80u + 9u = 89u
me(25%): +9u

or

b. apply the 75% rule after we refill the 80u starting session 1 bank.

win: 36u
session 1 bank: 56u + 36u = 92u (total units on hand)
                        92u - 80u = 12u (total units after refilling session 1 bank; applying the 75% rule here )
                        80u + 6u(50%) = 86u   (total session 1 bank)
session 2 bank: 80u + 3u(25%) = 83u
me(25%): 3u

Conclusion:
We have presented a strategy for playing roulette in which a player has a positive expected gain per spin in contrary to the popular belief that in the long run the House always has the edge. It is, however, to be noted that one may have to play a large number of spins in order to realize an overall gain.

:drunk:  that's a big cat you got there in your avatar Sam  :P

then i realize that this framework is another form of parachuting ... so slow of me  ;D
in general parachuting can really do wonders as long as you got a huge bank
the best form of parachuting that i like is the reverse one, where in you start with the single digit.
say you will play Mr J's Catch the 8th train then on every spin you will cover the splits, street, double street, dozens, columns, EC's that will touch with that hot number

yay! that's really too deep Sam  :nope:

is it a straight to level 12 loss?
i did  my own test last night via betvoyager and its giving me a +.  :D

now i am trying to do a reverse of this framework if its more profitable simply because the hit rate will increase.
say you will
1. start with a double street.
2. on 3 loss increase unit move to dozen/column, move step 1 on new high
3. on 3 loss increase unit move to EC on a 3 step marty , move step 1 on new high

am using a mac so i can't really test it via RX
