No.6 is a good guy and I respect him.

Trouble is that he is suggesting I break mental habits formed over years. I'm trying ....but its hard.

He basically says that even if its raining outside, and I can see it through the window, it isn't actually raining unless I go out and stand in the rain. If I come back in, and I can see I am wet, and I can see it is still raining out of the window....it isn't raining!

That's a hard concept to grasp.

Random Chosen Random (let the random output choose for you)

Been waiting for patrick to come into the Millenium and produce an E-book for Kindle.

At last, £6 on Kindle. I couldnt get it quick enough.

I couldnt believe it. Not an ebook but a series of wonky scanned pages straight off the book. Not searchable or expandable. Poor poor quality.

What a cheapskate.

Its returned and refunded.

Even chance / lines as ECs
September 16, 2013, 06:00:50 PM
Ayup!

[Edit:  Northern English word of greeting, surprise or warning. From Old Norse "Se Upp" meaning 'look up' or 'watch out'. ]

I've been studying EC, Regression to the mean, Singles and series etc.

I thought of this after seeing an EC tracker...by Bayes I think

The more ECs we track...the more we will see what we are looking for quicker.

So if you are looking for following the wheel, or against the wheel, or dominant reds, or 3SD E/c regression..what ever we need to see more EC's at any time. More than 3 that is...H/L, R/B, O/E

So, Natural lines 123 vs 456 is an EC. infact its H/L of course.
but 124 356 is also an EC and 234 156 is too.

infact, if you look, there are 10 combinations of 3 vs 3 denoted by 6!/3!/3! =20

that's both ways round, so divided by 2 =10

So there are 10 e/c's to monitor using 3 lines vs 3 lines.

There are 10 ec bets in the lines (1-6, 7-12 etc)
123 456
124 356
125 346
126 345
234 156
235 146
236 145
245 136
246 135
256 134

I have made a basic tracker which I have used to great effect.

Depending what you are looking for in EC bets, depends on how you use this tracker.

perhaps someone could knock up a better tracker with an input carpet....anyhow, this is just to get the idea of  6 lines = 10 EC's

Ok....the mystical "could tell you but then I would have to kill you" subject.

EC series.

It seems that if you study this...you feel you have done some kind of SAS training, and can't tell anyone.

They have to go into the labyrinth themselves and find out the hard way...like the Masons or Rosicrucians

I don't know what the reason for this rite of passage is...

OK.............
R or B is statistically most likely to happen. This is a series of 1. (RBRB)
Over many spins, you will see 25%

RR or BB 12%.....series of 2

RRR or BBB 6.25% series of 3

RRRR or BBBB 3.1% series of 4

You can see where this is going

RRRRRR (rare, 0.8%) BBBBB?
So another black and and a consecutive 6 series is rare, so bet red, and it continues BBBBB....and the chance of that is 0.05% (series of 10)

So what do we do with this knowledge?

RRBBRRB    bet red to "stop the trend"...or another way of putting it, bet red because a single series is much more probable than another 2 series....and it goes BBBBBB.

Throws in another even less probable series of 7

What I would like someone to explain is how we use these series statistics to place bets.

THIS IS WHAT I DON'T GET

Well...I get it, but it just doesn't seem to do what's expected (variance of course)

Math & Statistics / Zero is an even number
August 29, 2013, 08:46:48 PM
Thought this was interesting...

Zero is an even number. In other words, its parity—the quality of an integer being even or odd—is even. The simplest way to prove that zero is even is to check that it fits the definition of "even": it is an integer multiple of 2, namely 0 × 2. As a result, zero shares all the properties that characterize even numbers: 0 is divisible by 2, 0 is surrounded on both sides by odd numbers, 0 is the sum of an integer (0) with itself, and a set of 0 objects can be split into two equal sets.

Woman steps in with a duster, and cleans the wheel

polishes the ball race...cleans each pocket with the duster...even does the middle bit...

She leaves, he throws the next spin.

I did a lot of testing last night....nearly blew my laptop up running 1000000 spins thro RXI settled for 1/2 million as it was burning my leg. All bet positions have a max they sleep for.
They aren't a surprise.
Max sleepsingle
no.        1   471
split      2   270
street   3   161
corner   4   111
line      6   71
Doz       12  36
e/c        18  22
5)   94?
7)   67?
8   58?
9)   52
10)  47?
11)  29?

The 5 to 9 with a ? are a guess from the observed above that.
Now....I set Rx to the predetermined  figures and found that number of sleepers
Say...lines...I set to track 71, found 6 sleeping and increased it until it was 5 sleeping not 6.

I found 6 that were still sleeping at 95 spins....went to 5 at 96.
I am certain by projecting my test in theory to 5 million spins...or 10 million that a figure around 95 would show.
But You may say...well that's 20 years of spins, I can discount it.Well no, because i found one in 5 mins.

I also found 31 sleeps for 18 numbers.
A safe rule of thumb would be to times the 400K figures by 1.5.
You won't be far out....and I observed some of them with my own eyes.

Max sleep
singleno's 1   706
split        2    390
street     3    241
corner     4   166
line         6   106
Doz        12  54
e/c        18  33

And I did see a 4 sleeping when I was testing for streets ay 166!!...i did see an 18 sleep for 31 and a 6 sleep for 95

So i have actually seen some of these predictions.
Conclusion.
These maximum sleeps are showing all the time. You could be betting 6 numbers and not realize its about to sleep for 95
SO I set the tracker for 85 and soon enough a sleep of 6 showed.
I bet them on RX and one number showed in the next 7 spins, many times on different sets of numbers.

[Mod Note....edited so preventing eye strain!......much better, thank mate! [smiley]aes/thumb.png[/smiley]]

I sat waiting for a bonus for 12 months.....and here it came....£15

Live dealer was odd. Some woman sat at the end of the table on a wheel......not like latvian casino or Dublinbet

Very very fast......spin every 30 sec.

Anyhows....i played my current idea i am doing well with and made £43.50 in 15 mins.

heres the lesson.

I cashed out.

3 times my bankroll!!! No thoughts needed. Get in...get out.

don't be greedy. Take a win as a win. Be a winner.

won't use them again.....unless they throw a feeby at me again

Im curious about AMERICAN WHEEL.
me and the missus went on a cruise and tried the casino out
American wheel.... I was annoyed they had chose it on a british cruise. I just saw 5.4% h/e and refused to play. Take it or leave it.
So what's the attraction?
Different layout?
Ideas around 0, 00?
Some systems work better?
You don't have a choice....there's no single 0 ?
Id be interested to know

Street / Quad Cycle
June 15, 2013, 02:36:06 PM
Quad cycle
This has worked well for me in testing, and I currently have turned a free £5-00 no rules bonus on 21Nova into £26 @10p stakes....Comments are most welcome. It doesn't feel complete yet.
Bet selection is in the form of 3 streets to make a quad of the table
4 groups: 1,2,3,4 (1-9     10-18     19-27    28-36)
Playing the groups as 3 Streets 1) 1,2,3     2) 4,5,6    3) 7,8,9   4) 10,11,12
Zero is ignored or treated as a non hit.
Track until  all groups have hit at least once.
We track like this: *=last to hit so all have hit
1-9          111
10-18     11
19-27    1111
28-36    1*
We track until all groups are hit, and when the last group hits (28-36 in this case) we have a choice:
We would like to bet the hottest on hitting of all the 4 groups if we have 8 or 9 or less hits
If we have a qualification of 14, 15 or so, we may of passed the trend, and will use the re-appearing sleeper.
.........................................................
Ex.1)
1-9          1
10-18     11
19-27    1*
28-36    1
Ex.1 This is perfect. A trend in 5 spins. We defiantly bet 10-18 .
..................................................
Ex.2)
1-9          111
10-18     11111
19-27    1111111
28-36    1*
Ex.2) 16 hits to trigger is past any trend. I have been playing the newly hit group (*) as a returning sleeper
..........................................................
Ex.3)
1-9          11
10-18     1*
19-27    11
28-36    1
Ex.3 I don't play as there is no trend in one group over a short run .
......................................................................
Ex.4)
1-9          1*
10-18     1
19-27    1
28-36    1
Retrack
...................................................................
Ex.5)
1-9          11
10-18     11
19-27    1*
28-36    111
Ex.5) play group 4.

Progression....I am weak at.
I am playing 3 hit cycles
EX.6
1-9          11
10-18     1
19-27    111
28-36    1*
Playing group 3 by means of 1u street 9, 1u 8, 1u 7
1-1-1, 1-1-1, 1-1-1.
2-2-2,-2-W
If we are on a new high. Retrack and 1-1-1.
If we are down or even, stay at 2-2-2
To pass 3-3-3 with the same bet has no relevance as the trigger didn't work this time. With the high hit rate, Its best to retrack and start 4-4-4 or quit.
I've been here ten or so times in around 100 sessions.

Straight-up / Voodoo Finales
May 23, 2013, 10:29:41 PM
Been looking at this for a while, so I thought I would give it a try in the Casino tonight. Its so simple, it has to of been done before.

IDEA: Bet the last 2 Finales, 6 - 8 chips. (some Finales are 3 numbers, like 7,17,27)

EXAMPLE
17,16,22,19,0 <<last number.  Play 0,10,20,30  9,19,29
next number>>>>14. Play 0,10,20,30   4,14,24,34

JUSTIFICATION
well....its randomly picked from random numbers.
It will change continuously
It will play sleepers, warm and hot numbers randomly and without repeating the same patterns
if nothing else, its mostly 9:2 odds.

There is a this version and a light version. The lite version will be mostly 9:1 followed by 9:2 in cycles.
A lighter version is: play the last number, then play the last 2 numbers
Example
17,16,22,19,0 <<last number.  Play 0,10,20,30  next 14  Play 0,10,20,30   4,14,24,34  next 22  play 2,12,22,32

Some examples as Finales
1 = 1,10,20,30 etc

1,2,7,7,0 play 0,7......next 2 Play 2,7......next 7 win play 7 (7,7 is last)....next 1 play 1,7
1,2,7,7,0 play 0,7......next 2 Play 2,7......next 2 win play 2,7

Light
1,2,7,7,0 play 0......next 2 Play 2,0......next 7 play 7 .....next 6 Play 6,7......next 6 WIN Play 6.....next 2 Play 2,6

I won 105u at Grosvenor casino in 2 hours. I played 50p chips flat bet. Did double the bet when I had 40u.

I started light.....finished full fat !

HITRATE. This  comes in cycles. The marque is showing 2 or 3 Finales matches in the last 8-10, then begin.

The marque isn't showing any or 1 in the last 10....let a few show before betting.

a run lasts 6 - 10 spins.

REMEMBER

This did well tonight for real but all other tests were in RX. I think its an idea to be used alongside other ideas.
One for the reserve when the table is busy and tracking ideas are difficult or your ideas arnt working.

The beauty of this is that it leaves no trace. You can leave the table at any time due to lack of attachment to any numbers, per se.

WARNING....you will of course always have a chip on the last number hit. So the glass marker will always be on the square you want to bet on. I missed a win because i intended to place a chip when the glass marker eventually moved, and forgot. of course, it came out again.

Having said that, later on, I forgot the chip was left on a win because other chips were on top and put 2 chips on, so when it came out again, I had 3 on lol. Got my missed win back

General Discussion / Cycle betting
May 10, 2013, 10:47:41 PM
I've never considered cycle betting, and to be honest, the only person who mentions it in Steve's site is Flatino

I've read it a few times already in here and thought I would RX a few ideas to get to grips with if and see if it helps a rather un remarkable idea become better.

I tried this for a start.

Noticing that the last 3 lines re hit now and again, like, every 9 or 10 spins I did this.

Follow the last line 2u for 3 spins.

2, 2u on line 1, 17, 2u on line 1 & 3, 31 2u on line 1,3 & 6

Now, in the past, I have carried on placing last hit in a Millions in May fashion, using progressions etc. It gets heavy or tanks.

So when 22 hit, and I lost, I started a new cycle at 4u, starting with 22

A cycle of "play last line" for 3 times.

I tried a cycle increase of double, so 2 2 2, 4 4 4,  8 8 8, reverting back to 1 line and 2u any time and any place in a cycle if a new high balance is achieved

The graph shows the result, never hitting the last 8

Now, its not a brilliant idea per se, but it did well when encompassing a cycle idea.

Just wondered if anyone had some details to impart on the subject of  cycles.

(I started thinking this from Grampa saying that his tripple shooter idea bet selection wasn't the key.)
