Daniel Negranu didn't have a great 2012 so I would say Phil Ivey - he had a great 2012 with quite a few big wins.

One thing you need to remember when sports betting is that unlike other types of gambling (such as roulette), the outcome is not random.  That is where you can find your advantage. 

And there are a few good sports "experts" among the crowds, but I will see if they come forward themselves (not sure some of them are even on this site yet).

Although Arbitrage betting is a lot of work, done correctly it's Guaranteed Profits, so I'm surprised (well not really) that it garners such little attention.
