Good ideas, Sputnik.

I'd love to see Victor play to his strength which is coding across an impressive range of different coding-languages.

That could mean having a Youtube channel where he teaches others to code a range of betting strategies, in a step-by-step approach.

And he could easily monetise it by selling both working programs -- especially Betfair bots -- and/or modules that the wannabes can adapt for their own use.

Who knows....it might just happen one day.

After all, running this forum costs him money that he can ill afford.  He makes bugger-all from it.  I just wish more members here would help him out.  Vz is a financial basket case and folk are literally starving to death there.

A sad note to end on...

This is a private forum owned by Victor, Wannawin.

If he wants to try to raise a few SURVIVAL dollars to tide him until his income stream from other sources starts to take off then that's his perogative.

You seem to ignore the fact that his country has a very high rate of inflation that makes his survival so much harder than where you live.

You've expressed your opinion. But if you really don't like the concept of sharing resources with those in need, then leave here.

After running a 2-day special on my software [no -- not here] I've donated a proportion of my few sales to help Victor.

Good for Alrelax for helping out.

And hopefully some others will  help Victor as well.

It gives a real meaning to Love Your Neighbour As Yourself....

That's certainly a very courageous decision to make.

Half of me cringes at the risk you're taking. Hopefully those here who are prepared to throw money into the casinos' pockets will unselfishly offer you some crumbs as well.

Without some support from members I don't see how you and your family will survive, especially in the face of the astronomical inflation figures currently plaguing Venezuela.

The other half of me applauds  :applause: and wishes you the very best of luck (always involved) and ultimate success.

Yes, very well done.  :applause:

You wrote "...got smashed due to a composure lapse, so I then just won it all back again..."

That really highlights the psychological importance of being in 'the right head space'.

When feeling agitated or reckless, taking a few minutes of time out, closing the eyes and concentrating on a mental ice-cube slowly melting can help with a more settled mind.

I suggest you contact him on the website from which you downloaded the software.

Petr doesn't come here very often.

General Discussion / Re: Function of a Roulette Forum

Given that we're only here temporarily (we'll all die at some point), then none of us really belong anywhere whilst we occupy meat-space.

@ The Crow
Kindly stop interrupting the man with 'much ado about nothing'.  Just leave him alone to explain his concepts.

I'd rather read what he has to say.

Start up your own thread if all you want to do is to be eristic and divisive.

Settle down Gz.  Right at this point you have an important decision to make.

EITHER:  choose to be wound up and annoyed by what others write and respond in a way that going to lead to a protracted, dysfunctional argument

OR:  choose NOT to be wound up and annoyed by what others write. Just ignore it and simply continue the thread.

Your choice.  (I sincerely hope you choose the second option...)

"funny, it's crickets here and I'm not telling anyone that it's here."
and
"This place is like crickets central. "

You seem to have broken up your interesting narrative with some sort of insider-crickets-joke that flew right over my head -- and possibly the other reader as well.

Care to explain -- briefly?

He's an excellent communicator, and I enjoyed his enthusiasm.

No questions from me. Yet.

Well, Thomas. I think you have a great future as a film-maker as well as a casino-buster !

A man of many talents.

And another one hits the dust !!

It all boils down to the Twins that I so often refer to:  Caveat Emptor and Caveat Lector  [let the buyer beware...let the reader beware]

MODERATOR'S WARNING

Gentlemen

Thus far, I've refrained from launching a  Moderator Rocket because the content is very interesting.

But kindly refrain from the insults and name-calling. It contributes nothing to the debate per se.

Such behaviour not only violates one of the forum's major Rules but it also reflects very badly on the pair of you.

Now  --   let the spirited debate continue... but in a civilised, mature manner, if you please.

Thank you.

General Discussion / Re: Double Ball Roulette

My view is that the casino's actuaries have done the sums, and decided it's to the casino's advantage to have 2 balls.

Why else would they offer it? Out of respect for, and consideration towards, their customers? (Ha.  We all know the answer to that question!)

General Discussion / re: WHAT WOULD YOU DO?
July 09, 2018, 11:45:35 PM
For a moment I want members to put themselves in a moderator's position.

Find WHAT WOULD YOU DO?  in the stickied section and read the posts.

Not at all nice, are they?

For once, I want you see what sort of thing we have to contend with from time to time.  The dark side of humanity is not a pretty sight, is it?

What would you do?  How would you handle it?
