Gizmo,

Again, where's the proof?  Mike and I'd both like to see it.

QuoteOK Mike, I'll show you. I've been trying to show you guys for more than 12 years.

OK, so where's the proof?  We're still waiting.  ::)

QuoteHumor, that is what comes to mind when I think of you mathBoyz.

Funny, that's what comes to our minds too when we think of the people that "literboyz" but that aren't "mathboyz" as well.  Since you've taken the time to learn how to read, perhaps you could spend a little bit more time and learn some math as well?  ::)

No guess.  It doesn't happen like that.  They would at worst emailed Victor.  They wouldn't call.  The call is just more exaggerating.  Absolutely made up and absurd.
#4
The phone call never happened!  Why do you exaggerate like that!!!

What a complete load of BS!

I'm always amused by the novices and amateurs that think they know more than the professionals, gaming experts and mathematicians. ::).

In the mean time a visit to the wizardoffodds.com will serve you well.

Gizmo,

You're just posturing and adding a little meaningless word salad.  Common sense, logic, and basic probability say you're living in a fantasy world and perhaps experiencing a bit of mania. ::)

Sorry, but the facts are what they are.

I know, but my replies aren't really for Gizmo. And besides, he's admitted he has a "problem" with gambling. I'm proud to be one of the "mathboyz".  :P

Mike,

Gizmo doesn't comprehend the math.  He really sucks at it.  He's a "literate boy," but not one of the "mathboyz."

Ok, I get it.  Some of you aren't "mathboyz.". Going out on a limb though, I'm going to assume that at least some of you that aren't "mathboyz" are hopefully at least "literate boyz.". If you are, then why do you assume that all of the experts and mathematicians are wrong, based on what they've written?  After all, they comprehend the math and basic probability, but you guys don't since you're not one of the "mathboyz!"  ::)

If I were you, I think I'd make an effort to learn the math and basic probability, rather than trying to make it cool to be ignorant.   ::)

Gizmo,

Either you have the edge or you don't.  You can't beat a negative expectation game in the long run for the same reason that you can't multiply a negative number times a positive number and produce a positive outcome.  Money management, gaming discipline don't make a dent in the long run expectation.

Sorry, just the facts

Literate and I don't suck at math!

People with fragile egos shouldn't post on public message boards if they don't want to hear opposing views.

QuoteI see no clear interest or belief and all I see is the derogatory, the negative and the resentment from members such as Xander, Mike, Blue Angel, etc., of course Green Guy can't say anything as he would lead the pack but he is muted, etc.  I really wanted to throw SoxFan into that group also, just have never really got a handle on his 'real thoughts or plays' as he offers next to nothing in the way of 'real play' except use huge bank rolls and make money everyday type of statements, etc.

Perhaps you shouldn't post on public message boards if you can't handle reading the facts, opposing views, and opinions.

General Discussion / Re: The "No System" System

Sorry, but that's just gambler's fallacy nonsense.

1. You're throwing logic and common sense out the window.
2. You don't have a shred of evidence/math to support your absurd claims.
3. All of the experts, mathematicians, and history say that you're wrong.
4. Since the available number of pockets on the wheel determines the probability of winning, and since the same number pockets remain on the wheel from one spin to the next, then the probability of winning doesn't change just because of you're observations over the last 10 or 20 spins.  Claiming otherwise is ludicrous.

QuoteGizmo-Money! I want free money. I want money that comes from my acquired skill where there are people like yourself that say it is impossible, like without an edge. Money earned in this way is far better than being paid as some functionary. And it's bragging money too. It can be earned in 5 minutes or more likely under 2 hours. It's not a comp gathering game either.

I'm so fascinated by the world you see around you. You have an edge. You claim that there can't be any kind of edge in guessing. You won't even acknowledge that there is such a thing as a streak of reds. That it's some kind of meaningless cloud formation that needs to be ignored. How can you be an expert at using it if you can't see an edge in it?

Try this logic. I proposed it at least a decade ago to the mathBoyz: If you see a meaningless pattern occurring, can you use it as if it means something, even though we all know that it is meaningless? Can anyone pretend that it has a beginning, a middle, and an ending? If it has no meaning, can it be used to give you a meaningless temporary edge?

Now, I'm still waiting for the mathBoyz to respond. They all chickened out. Perhaps you will not. I know what to do with 22 black numbers in a row. You apparently don't. We all know that the color of a slot on a Roulette wheel is symbolic only. We also know that the table layout is not a real representation of locations on the wheel. But the only thing that matters is that the casino will not just take money laid on the table. They will also give money even if you have a meaningless experience. I like that too. You have raised my conscientiousness a degree. It makes making money off a casino even more rewarding that it is meaningless and without an edge.

Hmmm...now didn't you write the post above?

You make these absurd claims, and then you're too scared to reply.  What's that about??  :o

Gizmo,

I asked you a question.  Now can you answer it or not?

Ten reds in a row just hit.  You were not able to bet on them until after they had hit. Now, what should we bet next and why?  (Please show the math.)
