What are you saying buddy? when there are only two choices, then one has to come at least twice in three decision. It is like saying that in three flips of a coin, wither "Head" or "Tail" will appear at least twice. This in not a certainty of repeat but rather two independent choices in every flip.
G. U. T. may look great to some of the members here but as any other systems, it fails to produce anything in long run.
G. U. T. is not an answer to the randomness of roulette, though it is a way to try your luck.
