Giz...

As far as your example it is very clear. Please don't let the topic die  :stress:

3 bet for d3 to sleep 8 times
1  W 4-4
1  W 2-2
2  W 3-3
1  W 4-4
2  W 6-6
2  W 9-9
2  W 13-13
2  W 20-20

My questions...

You say it happens all the time. How often in 100/200/300 spins does a dozen sleep for 8 times in a row?

If my math is correct does this mean there are 1,251,677,700 different 12 number combinations that can be made from 36 numbers?  How many combinations have you created to play in a casino environment, if you don't mind sharing

Jim what Giz is saying is that he tracks the dozens horizontally and that this chart above reads like this for the dozens

tdx,

Are you sure you should be counting natural winners or 6 vs 7 first hands into that data?

You also have to say how original hand ties are handled in your data, as well as what happens when original side is ahead and other side draws to a tie hand.

You said you were banned from the other site for restating what someone else said long ago that made you find your way. Would you mind sharing what that saying was?

Can this "flaw" be taken advantage of flat betting?

Math & Statistics / Losses in a row
August 24, 2015, 11:01:41 PM
How can I go about figuring out how many losses in a row on average anyone should have over X amount of placed bets. If someone can give me the formula and an example it would be much help.

ex....in 1k PLACED BETS (not spins) how many times should I experience 1,2,3,4,5 etc losses in a row?

Thanks in advance

what if i told you if it were possible to bet on red and black and get a 2 to 1 pay out,
and not a 1 TO 1 pay out,
wouldn't that be cool, there is a progression we use as well.

Can you please go into detail about this

What if........

You were able to find a 12 number bet that does not lose more then 15 times in a row, and only 1 time did it reach 15 in 100k spins. Lets say most of the time it does not go into double digit for LIAR

Buttt  :stress:

There is a trigger and it is based off of those 100k spins, around 75/80k placed bets, and it's a trigger within those bets

If you had a bankroll that covered a 30 step progression would you feel like you have an invincible method/a consistent winning method, or possibly even a HG? Or would you feel like the sequence that can beat you is going to get you before you get ahead?

Interested to know opinions..........[smiley]aes/wine.png[/smiley]

I would like to see a progression for the even chances Mr Albalaha or at least a hint or clue to point us in the right direction. Were not dogs, you don't have to rub our nose in it

Math & Statistics / Re: Variance question
December 20, 2013, 06:02:22 PM

This was my first run of 1k placed bets.........

1000 total placed bets
536 wins
Longest losses 8 in a row once
Average losing run is 3.6

And monaco had said I returned a z-score of 2.28

Here is my second run of 1k placed bets
1000 placed bets
549 wins
Longest losses 9 in a row once
Average losing run is 3.7

Could you please do the z-score for me again monaco....

Also I think this goes well with this topic because I am just experiencing a positive fluctuation or is there really an advantage?  At what point can someone say OK that's enough testing, and consider the results as true?

6,
You said getting the average of the losing run will only tell you exactly that.  But that in itself could be used to help strengthen the MM side of things don't you think?

So tracking your worst losing runs to get the average doesn't give you any insight in the variance?

I'm currently working on something, here are the stats. Could you tell me if you think I have the variance under control?

1000 total placed bets
536 wins
Longest losses 8 in a row once
Average losing run is 3.6

This is tested on even chances no zero.  If anyone cares to break it down for me I am not concerned about the 0/00 because I don't play with them.

I remember just recently PA did a post that stated if you can cut your losses to no more then 4 in a row you have an advantage.

As far as z-score and STD I have no idea how to do that, its like a different language to me

Interesting concepts.....

Is there a mathematical way to come up with a suggested life time bankroll for this? And if there is not what do you think a good BR would be, 3 times 10 losses in a row?

#29
Who wouldn't like that?

Mind showing us an example?
#30
what is the longest winning streak you have had? 12-15 wins in  a row ?

ps...
not criticizing just asking questions[smiley]aes/thumb.png[/smiley]
