Before opening a new account at ANY online casino I always send them an email stating that I want to open a real money account but I want to recieve no bonuses of any kind whilst Im a member there. I tell them that as soon as I get an  email confirming this I will deposit the funds.
I have NEVER received bonuses this way.

If my terminology is a bit off please forgive me.
Is it possible to get a programme (Clicker ??..Bot ??) that would "sit" at an online roulette table and collect numbers and then "call" me (Alarm or some such) when an event had happened for me to start betting.
I know a bot will bet for me also but I would kind of like to do that bit myself.
Would it also be possible to arrange the numbers collected in a certain way?
What happens with these things when the casino "boots" you for not laying any bets during the collecting stage?
