If it is an EC bet i suggest to play both ways. Trigger after triple W/L. Then the infamous 3 step martingale =). Play HAR and you will get 15:1 ratio, no problems. =)

That is your starting point. Play to Win or Break Even. Two out of three games. Flat bet you can stand a drawdown of 140 Losses more than Wins. Seems obvious.
It will last very long if you play for fun.
Double it in one month, set a target for yourself.

Bet selection is betting on or the other side of the Even Chance. ex: Bet Red or Bet Black.
It is purely based on fluctuation. But is a unintelligent bet, it is merely a two step martingale, to avoid two imbalances of 5 units to follow each other. Still, it grinds a profit so far.
