Do not forget this: http://www.freewebs.com/turbogenius/
Great resource.

Not a discussion forum exactly but one of the best compilation of systems.
Ahhhh...the great turbogenius. It's where i started. its where I got hooked.

Unfortunately some explanations point to another site which no longer exists (http://gambling.projectsydney.com/viewtopic.php?t=598).

Wonder what happened to TG?

456 Turbo Street was my favorite. Massive highs !! (but massive lows)

A lot of his stuff looks tankable now...and he was betting $25 chips in some lines. Maybe he tanked?

The site is like the Marie Celeste. His last post is something like "ill let you know how that went tomorrow" and that's it...no more!

its about 8 years old I think....lots of his Permz data was 2005

Very inspiring site for newbies. Helps you miss out the st.upid phase

I agree totally with Albalaha and recommend this site for beginners. He's a good writer and explains enthusiastically.

Turner you are right. It should read 9 0 1.  in case you are baffled with crossings let me know can explain more.

If its not too much trouble that would be nice of you.

We are only interested in a crossing between 1 hit and more than 1 right?

so....

0 1
0 2
1 2
2 2  <<<<here we bet on the 2 finales, perhaps  1,11,21,31   7,17,27
1 3  <<<< would be a win

3 2  <<<would of been a loss

what to do on a win and loss?

Stop on both and continue if possible?
Stop on both and start again?

would the betting look like this? (x= no bet)

x
x
x
1,11,21,31   7,17,27 <<bet once
x

whether you win or lose ?

OK.....joking apart...

Thanks for sharing this GG. its generous.

Im trying to get this logically, without knowing what crossing or GUT is. Which doesn't help

I did see a GUT video by Sam, although baffled, I realize what the concept of crossing is (ish)

In the penultimate post, you give an example

its the retrack

              0   1   >1
33  3     9    1    0
13  3     8    2    0    <<<<<should this be   9   0   1?  If it should, Im fine. If its correct, I don't get it.
07  7     8    1    1
27  7     8    0    2

I need more Ginko Biloba

Well...like i said in my other post....testing will show a drawdown pattern. Stop loss has to be lower or you are  giving up before a low point you have seen recover many times. Depends on the system. 1.5 X the common drawdown u have seen in testing perhaps? You should have a feel for winpoint too if you have tested enough.
that's harder because i find it far easier to stop when losing than stopping when winning.

Chris, Wigan can't score against us...but it's a big day. City have a full first team squad, Wigan have 8 injuries, 4 of which are their back 4.

4-1 City.....although I would say that

GG. You are so generous with your time and words. I have a busy day. Manchester City in the FA cup final. I will digest this later. The quote isn't spurious by the way. Its basically what you are left with after 5 years and 10 Buddhist books later. If you get Buddhism....you will understand.

General Discussion / Cycle betting
May 10, 2013, 10:47:41 PM
I've never considered cycle betting, and to be honest, the only person who mentions it in Steve's site is Flatino

I've read it a few times already in here and thought I would RX a few ideas to get to grips with if and see if it helps a rather un remarkable idea become better.

I tried this for a start.

Noticing that the last 3 lines re hit now and again, like, every 9 or 10 spins I did this.

Follow the last line 2u for 3 spins.

2, 2u on line 1, 17, 2u on line 1 & 3, 31 2u on line 1,3 & 6

Now, in the past, I have carried on placing last hit in a Millions in May fashion, using progressions etc. It gets heavy or tanks.

So when 22 hit, and I lost, I started a new cycle at 4u, starting with 22

A cycle of "play last line" for 3 times.

I tried a cycle increase of double, so 2 2 2, 4 4 4,  8 8 8, reverting back to 1 line and 2u any time and any place in a cycle if a new high balance is achieved

The graph shows the result, never hitting the last 8

Now, its not a brilliant idea per se, but it did well when encompassing a cycle idea.

Just wondered if anyone had some details to impart on the subject of  cycles.

(I started thinking this from Grampa saying that his tripple shooter idea bet selection wasn't the key.)

4 cycles at 1u. Only last cycle ended +

1 1 1, 2 2 2, 3 3 3, 4 4 4 +28u
