Wasn't sure where to post this [smiley]aes/confused.png[/smiley]

Have you experienced something like this ... 6 numbers repeating on the trot.

Just found this and had to share, I wonder what the odds are for this occurrence !

(I think the odds are the same as a number showing up 6 times in a row and then repeating the 6 time appearance a few spins later)

All of this considering the session was well recorded and the file was accurately saved...
I'm posting the session numbers; they are from Hamburg, the file has is called 20010126_3.txt, you can go and check for yourself that I'm not BS you (and why should I?)

The session was the following... please notice the numbers in red :

How freaky is that ? A lot of repeaters, but this group came out together twice.
(and a whole lot of repeating going on on this session)

How often does this happen without one noticing ?

Maybe there's a way to keep track of groupings of 6 and when 2 of them show up together, bet for the remaining 4 numbers of the group ... Mmmmm, or maybe I'm just hungry [smiley]skype/pizza.gif[/smiley]. Like the wolf! [smiley]yahoo/yahoobiggrin.gif[/smiley]

Can't figure out why. But since the time has come, this should be entertaining.

Community Software / Re: Suggest a small program

Hi :)

Well, the idea is to keep a running count of spins, so in the end, yes, it would be (example) 5 times within the past 20 spins... or 37 .... or 42 ... because we would know exactly how many spins had gone by.

I hope I´m making it clear.

It´s not meant to be a fixed "window" of spins, but rather an "expanding window".... from the 1st spin until a hit (it may happen on the 38th spin or the 50th).

I know it´s dangerous but I´m hoping the bet selection will help. In case you are wondering, it´s a "one hit recoups all" sort of system, but it´s a conscious choice. Testing with Random.org numbers has been positive. BUT i´m not sure how it will do with live spins.

If it goes sour, I´ll change the MM.

Cheers, amigo.

Uuuhhh, uuuhhh, over here, pick me, pick me !!   :))

I would like to request a piece of software in order to play an idea of mine. I need a tracker... badly.

It´s not that hard, i think, and it may be very helpful for our fellow punters.

Perhaps you already have something that can be adjusted... Ok, here goes:

Function: Track the (chosen) location that came out X times and keep updating until reset is clicked. Please include a running count of how many spins have passed.

I am looking particularly for streets, so this would read:

Track the streets that came out X times and keep tracking all the streets that meet the criterion until reset.

Fairly simple idea... maybe easy to code (maybe not).

If you know of another program out there that already does this, please direct me to it.

If you pull this off, I will be glad to tell you my progress and will be more than happy to pay for the work, if I turn a profit.

And yes, I can wait. Thank you for reading.

What the  :scared:  ?

Several zeros !!

Kind of reminds me of a 6/49 draw we had here in Portugal a while back (1996) !

6 numbers to pick from 1 through 49 .... and what number comes up as the "extra" ball ?

ZERO !!   :P

This is quite good.

All roulette related "products" should have this stamped.

Sputnik, for what it's worth, Turbogenius ran 1 million RNG spins keeping track of longest sleepers AND repeaters. The results are available at his website, you can find them here.

QuoteDozen bet (betting on 12 numbers at once)
payout is 2 to 1
odds of winning are 1 in 3.08
(European Table Single 0)
and 1 in 3.16 (American Table Double 0)

Most spins without a showing :
35 spins (1 dozen did this)

Longest repeating dozen :
13 spins (1 dozen did this)

Column bets (betting on 12 numbers at once)
payout and odds same as dozen bets

Most spins without a showing :
38 spins (1 column did this)

Longest repeating column :
12 spins (2 columns did this)

Hope this helps.

That´s the sharing spirit that further enhances the forum.   Well done !

I feel bad for not contributing much, but time is very scarce for me. (Example: I should be sleeping at this hour, still I came to pay a quick visit to the forum).

Anyway, I think where there´s a will, there´s a way... Maybe it needs more time... There are users from all around the globe, all kinds of responsibilities and that makes it hard to focus.

Let´s not discard it right away.

I ask for the knowledgeable folks out there to put their theories into practical methods and debate the benefits Vs. risks in order to reach a conclusion.

When I read about ratios, probabilities, percentages, deviations and regressions it kind of throws me off, as I don´t understand half of it !! My fault, most likely.

But... please translate the good notions into workable methods, is this too much to ask ?

Otherwise, It will be a bit like hiring an great artist to make a painting of your ugly head, and he goes on about the texture, the tones, the shades, the quality of the paint, the smell, the brushes, the canvas .....  hmmm..... ok, but what about the actual work ???

Aaaaahhhhh, I´m ranting. Sorry, it´s late here.

Refreshing idea here. I think you are learning all about roulette in the blink of an eye.

Keep this up and you´ll be one of the best out here on the forums.

Too bad I can´t test this now, maybe others will.

Quote That's my idea anyway.

General Discussion / Re: Chat room?
January 11, 2013, 07:47:42 PM

Hello everyone.

How come nobody uses the chat room these days ?  I can´t understand this.

It´s a place to hang around and exchange ideas.... even if it´s only having fun, it doesn´t have to be ALL about roulette !

I am more of a listener, but when I chat online, I find it pleasurable.

I got nice tips while being there, so I encourage everyone to enter the room while you read posts.

The room has configurable options, it is extremely versatile... it even beeps when there are new messages as you are reading the forum, so why don´t you pop in more often ?

Try it, you might like it and find new members and interests.  :D

Not really, mates !!

It is written above, let me quote:

QuoteLet's break the table down into sections, none of which are part of one another :

Dozen 1 / 12 numbers
Line (13-18) / 6 numbers
corner (19/20/22/23) / 4 numbers
street (25/26/27) / 3 numbers
split (28/29) / 2 numbers
straight up 30 / 1 number

for a total 28 numbers covered during the progression

You see, Turbo established these locations ... " none of which are part of one another ... for a total 28 numbers covered during the progression ".

Got it ?
