VRSEDGE / MOVED: WHAT WOULD YOU DO?

Some are happy about that. Others are not.   That's fine.

What we do NOT want is for continued criticisms to flow from the same poster ad nauseaum.

Say your piece if you really must and leave it at that.

I recently posted the following gentle warning to a member who didn't know when to stop.  It applies to all who think it's acceptable to carp and criticise indefinitely. It ain't!!

OK, *****. You've had your say and expressed your reservations and comments.

But now is the time to stop and not persist. (Yes, take this as a gentle and friendly warning lest you fall from grace.  ;))

What Glen said or did on other forums is water under the bridge and does not apply here.. We all make errors. The trick is to learn from them.

The expression 'poacher turned gamekeeper' applies to Glen's takeover of the forum.  When in living in England I knew a couple of ex-poachers and they were superb gamekeepers.

As the new owner, his perspective has inevitably changed -- for the better, I might add.

In summary, if you don't approve that's fine. Just don't keep needling and banging the same drum.

Membership here is not compulsory. Acceptable behaviour is.

For those unfamiliar with the VRTech platforms look at the second image: Column D

The black figures are the profits per spin !

(The numbers spun are in Column C.)

What you see here is not a fluke. It's the product of at least a decade of testing and development. And no -- it's not for sale.

Congratulations, Thomas. An outstanding achievement.

We have around 2000 members.

So it's of concern when I see only 102 views of the Revised Rules.  And some of those could well be guests !

A good question.  I've often wondered about that.

So come on, Mike. Rise to the occasion. It's not like you to remain silent!

One other thing.  His disclaimer is as follows:

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Playing Online roulette is risky and your capital is at risk. I am not responsible for any losses if you decide to use my Apps and systems. I do not guarantee the profit and do not offer any 100% sure or winning system. If you would find on internet that someone says he/she offers 100% winning system or that you cannot lose with his/her system, it is scam. Don't trust such offers because nobody can guarantee you a profit playing online roulette.

Can't be clearer than that.

So no more talk of him operating a scam, thank you.

This is NOT a scam. It's a tool. No more; no less.

Petr has never claimed its infallibility or that it's the key to an income.

I have watched most of his videos.  He plays in real-time and he plays with real money.  (Scammers usually play in games/demonstration mode for obvious reasons.)

Nobody is compelled to buy anything from Petr.  It's their choice entirely.

Finally, as far as I'm concerned, there is NO violation of Forum Rule 9.

@ Gimotron

PLEASE offer Mike a free seat in your proposed tuition group.    ( Mike, PLEASE accept it if he does, and work through the whole course.)

Mike might even finally acknowledge the validity of your Global Effect.

And then the rest of us can all heave a sigh of relief as peace finally breaks out.  ;)

Let's not be too hard on him! That's a pretty good return given that Petr concentrates on RNG only.

It translates to a decent hourly rate, too, if sustained at that level.

But of particular note is his Challenge.

Since starting it a little over a year ago he has made a profit of at least 12 000 euros!  On RNG.  Impressive...

Full details are on his site:   http://shareschoice.com/     (It's very close to the bottom of that page.)

All members should read the updated and revised rules without delay.

Most rules have been kept the same or with a few tweaks, but there are one or two additional rules.

Please take special note of the new one about copying and pasting.

It's the responsibility of all members to read the rules, and to try to abide by them when posting.

"Oh, but I didn't know." is not a defence.  Try that one if you get pulled over when driving and see what happens!  ;)

OMG, reading my old thread on the global effect I see that Xanadu is in fact Snowman from GG, and Dr Sir AA from another forum. He goes by several other names elsewhere too. Snowman is the destroyer of Gambler's Glen.

Cage that deplorable and keep him locked up. He has one obnoxious opinion that always runs and hides from real debate or contribution, no matter what forum he is on. He doesn't really want proof. He wants to Troll.

"In Xanadu did Kubla Khan
A stately pleasure-dome decree:
Where Alph, the sacred river, ran
Through caverns measureless to man
Down to a sunless sea."

Such is the beginning to a wonderful poem by Coleridge.

You probably meant Xander, the author of a sunless sea of often derogatory and divisive one-liners.

Interesting info you provided about his/her/its various noms de plumes.

Yes, the troll is caged and contained for now.

But should it show up under yet another false flag  it will soon give itself away by its behaviour as you so accurately describe, and draw unto itself hot coals of consequence.

Rinse and repeat...rinse and repeat...

As Hank Williams puts it: "Life gets tee-jus don't it?"

This is a definitive statement from the new owner outlining his overall philosophy and expectations about members' behaviour and their posts.

Membership here is not a right. It's a priviledge that carries with it certain responsibilities. And those resposibilities include obeying the Rules and respecting the forum owner's wishes.

If anyone has a problem with its contents then, quite frankly,  they should leave the forum and not indulge in unwarranted and undeserved negative comments about it.

Therefore I've locked it and made it sticky so it remains prominent and easily referred back to.

Perhaps you can point out the personal attacks???

The wording very clearly stated close to

A gentle warning:   one or two responses are close to personal attacks.

Confine comments to strategies, statements and beliefs only, and I will have no need to take action.

In other words, play the ball and not the player.

Make personal comments about a poster and you choose the consequencies.

Heed this warning...
