So......  Out of close to 140 members only one (well done, Bally   :applause: ) has posted  thoughts and ideas on a pretty relevant topic.

Amazing.

On the other hand, if most  are firmly wedded to one method only then it's not amazing at all.  ;)

Yep. Clusters.

I noted elsewhere that wins (and losses) tend to come in clusters.

This FREE tracker has been donated as an act of great kindness to the forum by a man who codes for a living.

And now you want him to give up even more unpaid time to add more features?

Some people are never satisfied!

I'm grateful that it tracks AND places bets as those are two areas where players can otherwise make mistakes (Sam will confirm that)

So THANK YOU, Normand, for your kind and generous donation.

It is fine as it is.

"Plz kick me in the nads if I ever say Im playin there again lol "

Mate, rather than a swift kick I've a MUCH better idea.

How about you mail them to Victor as a token, a guarantee of your sincerity?

They then become a non-refundable deposit should your ever go back to BVNZ.

See? A much better idea!

Hey,
from a gambling forum, we are heading towards a hospital.

Nobody gambles here.  They all bet on certainties!!

And the topic IS relevant.

After all, gambling is a form of mental illness...

Seems to me Hit and Run fits quite neatly into that interesting analysis.

You have been asked to recommend a balanced portfolio of methods for a live wheel.

The player wants to be able to switch methods during a session.

A balanced portfolio will include:

  • flat bets
  • gentle progressions
  • inside numbers
  • some EC bets

What would be in your recommended portfolio?

I have cut'n'pasted the following:

Units needed: 8
Numbers played: 20
Minimum profit: 1 unit
Maximum profit: 10 units

1 unit on 0-1-2-3                                                                                  (corner, pays 1 unit profit)
2 units on 31-32-33-34-35-36                                                               (double street, pays 4 units profit)
1 unit on each of the following 5 splits: 8-11, 13-14, 15-18, 17-20, 27-30  (each split gives profit of 10 units)

See how ingeniously chaotic this bet selection is, both on the table, but much more importantly on the (European) wheel.

It favors the Tiers a bit but is nonetheless very well balanced.

The point here is to be chaotic and not evenly distributed.

If you want even distribution just bet Red or Black.

This system is better played with negative type of progression.

Having perused the code I stand in TOTAL AWE of your programming skills, Victor.

Non-programmers simply have no idea of the skill, knowledge, understanding, time and sheer persistence that has gone into this program.

And not only that -- you have mastered several very high-level programming languages!! [It's hard enough getting to grips with just one.]

I sincerely hope this forum helps to make a reality all your hopes and dreams, both for feeding your family and for feeding this community with superb software.

You deserve it.

We are SO, SO lucky...

General Discussion / Re: What free systems testers exist?

@ Bayes

A devil's advocate question for you:

  • The forex market is driven by human emotions of fear and greed (in turn determined by global political and economic events that occur)
  • The roulette "market" is driven (so we are told) by a random flow of numbers (in turn determined by...well, by what?)

So are "...all the indicators and logic rules in the software..."  truly transferable from forex systems to roulette systems?

NB:  I'm not trying to be "difficult" -- I'm basically seeking reassurance from one whose maths ability is a lot higher than mine!!
