I concur, perhaps we can have a vote on it  :))

Better still, let's vote on whether R-W concurs with Mr J or sputnik?

I will only do 300 trails and now i reach 4.83 Z-zcore,

That's a good z-score to be sure, although at 300 trials it is meaningless. But you already know that.

Good luck with your testing!

How can you say this? Even if I am at 51%, I will expect to earn 1 unit every 100 trials.

Variance will eat you up at 50%

Hi sputnik.

Above 50% is not enough. Even at 55% you are still not out of trouble. If you can get beyond 55% and push toward 60% then things start to turn in your favour.

Cheers.

:P ;)

Thanks for the vids, greenguy. But what would really make my day is a pic of a random patch of sky from your neck of the woods, perhaps taken on your way to work?

Here you go, random patch of sky from my backyard. Unfortunately a random antique sun turned amethyst glass beer bottle got in the way and obscured the otherwise perfectly good view.

great vid green,my country australia is weak on japans whaleing in the oceans souh of aussie.we should send the navy down there to protect them.i guess trade means more than nature. check out Lou reed song on ytube  Last great american whale.

Hey Vo Rogue, you're a champion that nobody can deny!

Yeah, whaling sure does suck. We, as the dominant race on this earth should be at the stage where nurture supersedes nature, but...

There should be an international legislation whereby groups can lobby for a "protectorate" over individual species of animals.

In regard to the oceans, a whale, or better still, an aquatic mammal protectorate would be an organization that had the rights to protect certain whales, or in fact any pelagic mammal from human related harm.

Harm would need to be defined. Protected individuals would need to be defined.

These licensed protectorate groups should be free to pursue as many wild sea mammals as they can find and microchip them for ID and GPS tracking. Any Tagged mammals that end up captured/harmed/killed by fisheries related causes should attract massive financial penalties (You can't kill that one mate!). Kind of like air traffic curfews where aviation companies get fined big dollars if they land/take off outside local airport time restraints for whatever reason.

In time, this type of system would eventually turn the industry around to at least a sustainable level. And eventually even see the end of it!

The problem for now is there's no money in saving whales. But the internationally enforceable laws enacted to support the "sea mammal protectorates" would possibly inject funds through penalty over and above any initial philanthropic support, making it a viable and noble industry within itself.

Hey Vo Rogue, I have a hazy memory that Vic Rail (Vo Rogue's trainer) was given the job of naming this topliner thoroughbred, and came up with Vo Rogue because it had the same initials as himself, VR.

Urban myth or what?

Tonight, while in the shower I realised there was no shampoo. I got a little agitated and yelled out to anyone in earshot, "hey! There's no f**king champagne in here! Can someone get me the champagne!

Well, obviously I meant to say shampoo, but said champagne. Anyway a few moments later my wife delivered a lovely glass of bubbly through the shower screen. I just said, thank you darling (too embarrassed to explain) and sipped and washed my hair with the bath soap.

I had a really good day today. For some reason I felt happier than usual. Nothing great happened, so I couldn't understand why I felt so good all day. Then I realised, of course! I watched this video early this morning before starting work!

I may be one of the few to say it here, but I have  been writing on roulette forums for no more than four years, and as I have stated before,  I started by default really, and in reaction to being conned by that Swiss Scam. I have no one to blame other than myself because the art of a con artist is always to ( pretend) to give the target what is really desired and to elaborate on the theme so as to extract the maximum.

You sure you not him? I still suspect you might be CEH...

Through the practice of writing and the passionate desire to try to find genuine ways to know and to beat roulette, I soon came upon Esoito as a Moderator among the Forums.

Through many hundreds of posts, where he was on call, I have always found him impeccably fair, honest and reliable.

Honest and reliable, yes. Impeccably fair, I disagree.

Over recent years I have come to know him as a personal friend and through his experience as a retired professional journalist, I have relied upon him as a totally professional editor and colleague who is in search of genuine success in the casino or in any investment field, just like many of us.

I am particularly grateful that he maintained a consistent and impartial quality control in terms of guiding this forum through many tests and trials, and enabled a golden phase of unspoiled calm and good will within this Forum.

Consistent, yes. Impartial, I disagree.

He weeded out the troublemakers whose mission in life was to pollute, upset, annoy, insult, slander and cause trouble. You know who they are.

One of the first warning signs of childish emotional upset and imbalance is the use of bad and inappropriate language. The case of Rolex Watch comes to mind. At one phase his posts were so full of anger, spleen and frustration it was clear he was in trouble, and following that he sent abusive PM's to several and one including myself. I explained to him why communication in that vein was unacceptable, and that it actually undermined any worth of what he was trying to say, but he never replied.

There are several entities like that, and some far worse who are internet trolls. That behaviour does border on criminal at times and really has no place amongst adults. It is childish. Some seem to giggle at seeing off colour remarks in print - it is at that level - to see how far you can push the limits - just as a child does with a parent or guardian.

This is a roulette forum and is termed a gambling forum researching bet selection. it is one of the best because it has been really well managed this year. The Moderators and Administration are to be congratulated. Gambling can become Investment.

Esoito, as one of the team, set the bar at the chosen level and I really respect that someone could take a position like that. It might not always be as I would have acted, but nevertheless was necessary. The results speak for themselves with a calm and polite environment, or at least it was until recently.

Nothing at all has changed since esoito quit, except a few mild and disguised cuss words have been published.

A forum will not work when self governed and where there is no quality control. Also quality control needs fast action, not decision by committee. Life experience teaches that.

The recent behaviour by one member who has been an irritant to this Forum and many other Forums for years is a case in point where the unceasing need to be in the spotlight and causing dissension and ill will and a series of posts where he was screaming for attention, reached shocking levels.

Esoito often came to the defence of the member you speak about at the expense of others

Now this fellow has appeared at the new Forum and immediately has caused negative reaction before it even opened its doors.

The format of open Forums needs to be rigorously reviewed or there will be continuing losses as serious writers will avoid stormy waters. There is a role for healthy debate and mature, robust criticism and review nevertheless.  It might be better to take a deep breath and simply carefully read what has been offered. No need for glib, smart and cynical reactionary posts. It takes a lot of time and effort to write a published piece. Respect that.

Yes, I wrote a few lengthy published rule abiding pieces that took a lot of time and effort to write only to be deleted by esoito because he didn't like the tone or content.

This note is to thank Esoito for his work and my most sincere thanks and goodwill for his future efforts.

So if I was on a gardening forum explaining how I decided to cut down the big old palm tree at the front of the house, and in doing so the tree fell the wrong way and was about to crash through the roof so I jumped between the tree and the house and basically redirected its fall with all my might and received lacerations to my head and face in the process, then went on to post the expletives I yelled at that time, I should be moderated? But if I was on a gambling forum explaining the loss of a handful of chips at the local B&M I should be permitted to cut loose with a cuss fest?

I think esoito's heart was in the right place, and his intentions were noble and good, but he just took it to a level beyond the general level of enlightenment existing within the forum community. Kind of like a guitar teacher who wraps the knuckles of his grade 2 students because they can't grasp the beauty or display the skill to execute a grade 6 piece of music.

LOL, before eositos departure, you would get severely reprimanded insinuating such a term.

Hmmm,

I once received a reprimand/post delete/put in moderation, for telling someone that their system was like, and I quote, "piddling in the wind".

I do believe I held a special place in esoito's heart.

WOW again!

Wait for 8 blacks in a row then bet red... but only in real money mode, eh? LOL!

These guys probably did a deal with the online casino's to drum up some business, because waiting for 8 EC's in a row then betting the opposite is a sure ride to the poor house.

Hello Betjack,

In regard to your trigger, I can see the second dozen is represented in all four of your bets.

Therefore, can I suggest your trigger should be based in some way on the 1st & 3rd dozens.

For example, you could play this in short burst cycles, racing the 1st and 3rd dozens off against each other, then betting on the dozen that appears three times first.

So if the 3rd dozen appears three times before the 1st dozen you would play the 'reverse first bet' one time. If you win you restart the game from the beginning, and if you lose you restart the game from the 'second pledge' stage, racing off the 1st and 3rd dozen as before to get your trigger.

A race to three win by the 1st dozen here would trigger a bet on the 'second pledge' bet.

This is just a suggestion of things to try when designing bet triggers.

Good luck!
