Gambling Philosophy / Re: Fool Proof Progression

Buffster,

I did say reset on a new session high.

For example if I had WW and found that I was at a new session high, then reset and start again at 1 unit, or W gave me a new session high reset.

So there is no need to complete a group of three if you find yourself at a new session high.

And yes this is a positive/negative progression.

Thanks

Hi Buffster,

When I am talking about a lose or win I mean a group lose or group win.

WLW group win up 1 unit.
WWL group win up 1 unit.
LWL group loss up 2 units.
LWW group win up 1 unit.
LLL group loss up 2 units.
WWW group win up 1 unit and so on.....

You only decide what to do after three placed bets.

And as I said before you decide what unit value you go up after each group win or loss.

Thanks

Another way to play this progression is in groups of three's.

You increase either 1 or 2 units depending on if the last three bets were a group win or loss.

These outcomes you increase 1 unit.

WWW = Win
WWL = Win
WLW = Win
LWW = Win

These outcomes you increase 2 units.

LLL = Loss
LLW = Loss
LWL = Loss
WLL = Loss

So every three bets you look back to determine if you had a winning or losing group and bet accordingly for the next three spins, anytime you are at a new session high reset and start from 1 unit for the next three spins.

Hopefully this should keep you in the game longer.

EDIT: Of course if you prefer you could just increase 1 unit no matter if the last three bets were wining or losing groups, it's up to you.

Thanks

Even chance / Re: EC Cycling method

Hi Normy,

I remember doing this switching same then opposite with my Simple Trend Catcher a couple of years ago, it seemed to work out OK.
As usual something else came along and I stopped testing/playing it.
I did not have the look back and check every 5 spins like you did, so I think I will re-visit it with your tweak and see how it turns out.  :thumbsup:

Thanks

Hi Atlantis,

Thanks for getting back to me, I will wait for your update to Easy-Peasy.

I can always code in Excel if it's too complicated.

Thanks

Hi Sam,

Don't dispare, I think most people were like me, your story about the two old hippies trying to stock up their freezer from the buffet bar, totally caught our attention.

And the $40 you and your wife won between you, sort of took second place to what seemed to be the main story  :)

Thanks

Hi Atlantis,

I'm creating a RX Script for Easy-Peasy II.

Just have a quick question for you.

What do you do about the zero.

Do you just put the same bet up again or wait for a new valid trigger.

Thanks

Nice touch.

I use William Hill, and they use something called Quick Cash.

The way it works is you go into the betting shop tell them you want a voucher for say £100.00 think the minimum is £10.00

Go to your account and deposit with the voucher.

When I want to withdraw I just, do it as a Quick Cash withdraw, go to any William Hill with the voucher number, and I can have the money in my hands in minutes.

I like the card idea though then I would not need to mess about with writing down voucher numbers for my withdrawal.

That's why I like to use William Hill, get my withdrawal voucher number, walk down to the bookies, get my money in my hand in minutes, been doing that with them for years.

I can't answer for others but my answer is to your question is NO!

I always play to a pre-defined plan.
I know how much I am prepared to lose maximum in any session.
I know the minimum and maximum size of the bets that I may have to make in a session.

So cash or chips it makes no difference.

I learned the hard way that for me this is the only way to approach each and every session I play.

Yes Turner I agree so much choice in the UK.  You don't have to travel too far if you want to find a land based Casino.
And don't forget no tax on gambling  :thumbsup:

General Discussion / Re: Winning day but a loss?....Yep

Mr J in the past have done what did, but now I try very hard to stick to my loss goal.  It's not nice to have a losing session but I have learnt the hard way that it is just part of gambling any gambling.

My win goals for a session is fluid and it changes as the session progresses, easy session higher win goal tough session lower win goal, really tough session just happy to break even.

In the long run I win more sessions than I lose and the winning sessions make up for any losing sessions I have so I'm happy.

But even now I still have to remind myself about all the good winning sessions I have when everything go's against me.

For me the biggest enemy is not the Casino it's what's in your head!
