I think that's what he means...you need  a number to repeat at least 3 times to make a profit on that number since you start betting it after the number hits twice.

You will lose a lot if you get 2 or 3 repeaters and none hit that 3rd time.

Also not sure how you count the 38 spins to stop betting.

What if you get a repeater on the 35th  spin? Do you start a new 38 spin cycle on the 35th spin?

Is this method for the single 0 wheel or the 00 wheel ?

Looks like a negative progression ( up as you lose )........anybody figure out how to bet it ? 

Looks like if you lose 6 in a row you have to bet 15 units.

Is it a positive up as you win positive progression or up as you lose negative progression ?

How would you bet this series of bets ?

If that's a negative progression, it can get pretty ugly if you are betting $ 100 a bet because if you lose 6 bets in a row, your next bet is $ 1,500.......and losing 6 bets in a row happens all the time in sports betting, baccarat, blackjack roulette etc etc etc.........  unless I'm reading it wrong because you have 2 lines there and I'm not sure what the progression is.

To make money selling a method, you have to keep making "improvements" ( the Gold version or the Platinum version etc etc etc ) to the original method and sell them as a new updated better version of the original system and charge for live seminars to explain the new and improved method.......or start a school and charge  a fee for the school.

That link above showed a picture of his MM plan  which is an up as you lose and down as you win progression.

Instead of increasing bet size on a loss, if you have a positive expectation bet selection method which MAY be possible with the VDM   ( Van Der Waerden ) method described in other posts,  then you can use his progression as an up as you win down as you lose bet size method instead of up as you lose down if you win and keep track of your bets on a continual running basis over consecutive shoes as you move up and down the ladder.

His plan has 46 steps and then the bet sizes get large after bet # 20 so you may wish to stop at bet number 20 and start over again.

Of course you need a positive expectation for that to work if you are betting up as you win..
