A promising Football Betting Season will start this August; punters are your power ratings ready?

It's already June and only a few weeks to go before the much awaited EPL season 2013-2014 will happen. Since the fixtures were released a week ago, we're so close to the start of the season. I know that most of you guys already saw the fixtures table. But we're talking about Football Betting Power Ratings here which means not all of us have the same preference for the fixtures.
