According to an old German page ("Plein Häufigkeiten nach 2/3 Gesetz")
the earliest one to hit SEVEN TIMES typically comes from only one or two numbers appearing exactly SIX TIMES. After some sessions I must say that it seems to be true.

But who wants to wait impatiently  for some number to appear six times?
We must bet something while we wait.
