The beginning of the shoe is 'fresh' when all the cards are there.
Hands 1-16/20ish normally a greater percentage of times will produce a larger amount of successful side bets to occur. Warning. As with anything and everything in bac, there are plenty of times when things do not occur.
As well, both sides to be strong a greater percentage of the time. Meaning Players natural 8 gets beat by a Bankers natural 9. Or, Players 2 card 7 beats a Bankers 2 card 6. Or a Players 2 card three and a Bankers 2 card 7, Players flop a 6 for their 3rd card.
As well, a greater amount of patterns whether they be chop-chop, doubles, streaks, 1s and 2s or 1s and 3s, every natural cuts to opposite side, etc., etc., et al.
And when heavy ties appear they seem repetitive in the first 25 or so as well.
Once again, I have observed these types of presentments countless times in various locations. Live games in B&M properties.

Players open 10/4 and Bankers open 9/A. The guy flops an 8 and verbally says, "monkey monkey monkey show me that monkey". Our side flops a 3 card and the guy returning the card says, "just enough huh".
