pacomartin over at the Wizard's posted a link which led to this report from The Nevada Gaming Control Board. It shows the number of games at each casino in Nevada ---> Baccarat. I bet there is such a report from commissions of each state more or less available.

I looked around for Macau, but the actual reports are mostly in Mandarin/ Chinese or Portuguese.
