Greetings,

This is the only shoe I played on my last trip.  I won 17 units by guessing.

Give it a try to see how well you will do.

OK, let's try this another way.

Is there anyone here that LOST on this shoe?   If so, how did you play it?

I will say I think it was tough. The middle of the shoe would have did good but before that very sporadic.....

So I guess you never bust your 4 step marty and it's never happened twice?

Regarding an average unit win shoe, I've been asked this, I think it is a stupid question, because every shoe is different, you can lose badly on certain shoes, then there are average shoes, exceptional shoes, they are all different.  Do you sit there at the end of every shoe counting your chips, then deducting how much you made from the first shoe, the second shoe and so on, maybe you have a running count, or maybe you just work out how much more you need to hit your goal target so you can quit.

Greetings,

I keep my game score cards over the years.  I do this to track my play and try different methods on real games.

Its not if you bust, everyone busts, The question is can you recover for  a profit over 50 shoes.

If my average unit-win profit is less than , lets say 4 units per shoe over 50 shoes,  I will try something to improve my average.

This will make a long term winner.

All I can say is,  when I'm at a table I notice many are following my bet placement.

Yep, I suffer from the same problem.

I tell them, "don't follow me, I'm not Jesus, I've no idea which side is going to win".  However in the back of my mind, I know I should win a bet within a series of hands and whether I win or lose this hand is not really that important, rather it is the betting amount that matters.

yes...it's not the individual bet...but the attack as a whole that needs to be successful

for me that whole attack is not limited to a series of say two, three or four bets...even if that's all I play at that time.  If I hit a stop-loss and haven't achieved the victory the overall attack is geared to accept that and continue on the next attack...and so on and so forth

Take heed, my friends, for that quote right there is absolutely GOLDEN.  Good job, RouletteKey.

It's a simple matter to calculate average per shoe profit. So, if a cat is unable or unwilling to provide that figure you can be fairly certan that he ain't a regular winning player, hey hey.

AngryFlop

At a $10 table I average between $100-150 profit.

For the past 4 months I keep track of my wins/losses at the casino, overall in general...

I play baccarat 95% of the time, double deck BJ, 3% of the time, keno 1% while I have dinner, and slots 1% just to try and hit that elusive jackpot.

I write down in a notepad my trips, wins and losses, very simple....To each their own...........

What a person wins with one shoe on regular basis tells me nothing.
John at least sharing a method where you can capitilaze you money and win big.

I don't belive you can become a winner if you don't push your limits and bankroll to higher targets.
I just saying i respect John and some other members that tell stories about how they make 5 or 15K.
Then is hope for us others also to succed.

Maybe off topic but i want to spell it out.
