I will try it with my real played OC numbers.
I have some questions:
After the first number you play the 3 streets. OK.
After the second number you play the 3 streets from the first number and the streets from the second number.
In your example:
Why do you play street 1,2,3 and not street 7,8,9 ( in which is Nr. 23)after:
23 hits win ,next same bet
36 hits loss,place next bet on street 1,2,3 and 10,11,12

Except from first bet you Always bet either 1.2.3 or 4,5,6 from low and 7,8,9 or 10,11,12 from high
Always two bets in play .
ex
nr1
nr 36 shows
Play 1,2,3 and 10,11,12
nr 13 hits play 4,5,6 and 10,11,12
You keep the same bet in the opposite halves
and after 4 bets you decide if you net to change the bet size.

Another interesting way to deal with the " quads" as I named them. There is Quad cycle, Quad Matrix and Speedy Gonzales now this.
On Dublin bet....a quad seems to take turns to sleep for many spins.
