The International Federation of Poker (IFP) global governing body has failed in a bid to become a member of SportAccord, the umbrella organisation for Olympic and non-Olympic governing bodies.

It is a sad news for both players and the federation. International Federation of Poker exert a lot of effort for this SportAccord. Acceptance from SportAccord would be a big help promoting poker in the world.
