UPDATE...
I withdrew my winnings several days ago and received them today.
They did not even ask me to produce any documents which was cool.
So a 3 day turnaround is not that bad really.
Definately one to put on the 'approved' list. I also noticed a lot of good remarks on the 'casinomeister' forum and they have a rep there who seems pretty helpful.
