Betvoyager has been my favorite casino since long and I have played 80% of my online roulette there. Recently, I faced a very troublesome situation in bv. I made a small withdrawal request of E63 from it in my skrill about 5 days back. Ironically, it kept pending till yesterday. Today, when I wanted to do another withdrawal, I saw no pending withdrawal. I checked my skrill and no withdrawal from betvoyager there. This being my very first concern with betvoyager regarding any such malpractice. Had I not noticed this, my money would have gone. I will keep updating on this.

There has been a spate of complaints about BV recently...they seem to be getting worse.
Perhaps they don't want winners!
Actually, all trouble come due to delay in payment. Why a withdrawal that was instructed on 29th July has not been processed till 1st of August? Even if they pay me today or tomorrow, it won't win my trust. Bv claims to pay within 24hrs.

They claim to pay within 24 hours max. There wasn't any weekend or any kind of vacation either since 29th July. Time zone difference doesn't shrink or expand time. More than 100 hours and no payment made. No clarification or apology either.
No Reply, no payment, so far. Only positive thing is, they are now again showing my withdrawn balance as "available to withdraw" when we opt "withdrawal". Not at all satisfactory. :no:

Maybe I did not express myself well. I meant that I HAVE REQUESTED three withdrawals, then canceled one. Today only one has been sucessfull.
My problem today is another with betvoyager. I have a payment in a permanent state of "processing" I have been in contact with the staff but they have not yet responded. They must be on vacation, which is normal at this time of year.

That's a shame because until today almost any online casino offers roulette without zero and if any is offered is not as playable as the betvoyager.
I have used them over the last few months since I started playing and they have been fair. I have made large withdrawals upto 50 times of the amount Albalaha mentioned here and seems to have gone through well. One should also keep in mind that the payments mainly run through automated payment runs and at times there will be issues, not only at BV end but also at skrlll end or your payment cards. Then they tend to do manual reconciliation, but that takes long sometimes. It depends on when those manual payment runs are scheduled so on and so forth. Some times the card issuers or the companies like skrlll delay their reconciliation process due to quarter end etc which creates an adverse impact.
I have faced issues with known retailers, big airlines etc in this process and the key is constant communication and being polite. After all they are humans as well employed by casino and we have to trust them to get our issue resolved which might be one in 100 issues.
With respect to betvoyager I have seen that their Skype id is very useful and monitored most of the time. May be you could try that, but that doesn't guarantee a faster turn around especially if the issue is out of their hands.
Yesterday I got betvoyager contact via skype. They said they would put in the hands of the relevant department and wait. That and nothing is the same.[smiley]aes/sad.png[/smiley]
Betvoyager has yet to review many things functioning.
The best thing imo is for everyone to withdraw their $ and go the

I deposited won and withdrew, Although it says allow 24 hours it was in my Netteller account in seconds.
(I've never accepted bonuses from them).
The only time I've had trouble with anyone is when I accepted bonuses but I haven't accepted any bonuses for years now.
I am least bothered about the money struck but that they are not even answering. I can't cancel my pending transaction too which was possible earlier.
More than 12 days passed. No answer, no payment

It may be that there are simply using the 24 hrs payment gimmick just as a bait to
