Hello everyone there will be a chunk of the weekend to get the reinstall done

There WILL be downtime since this is a biggie (upgrading core).

Ideally, we're talking some hours downtime only. We can go live again with the new layout / version & continue modifying it in smaller increments.

This one really fixes/clears a lot of former code (finally!) :cheer:

Please be patient and no need to p.m. or email, we know we will be off live for a little bit with the process we have to do.

Thanks Alrelax.

"Macau's US casino operators face the very real risk of being used as pawns in the ongoing trade war between China and the United States, with the granting of new casino concessions far from guaranteed according to an expert in foreign affairs.

I think it's quite possible that American casinos will no longer be as welcome in Macau once their current gaming concessions expire in 2022, said Professor Roberts, who is a specialist in US foreign affairs and politics."

And yet people never ever learn. The same for casinos but they just use different tactics. The wherewithal and the knowledge of gamblers is totally overwhelmed by their own greed.

Intro & Part 1

Your subconscious mind determines where you will go in most all situations.

Your conscious mind attempts to deal with your immediate and minute-to-minute decisions as well as adjust with some type of realization, attempting to deal with or provide you excuses after the fact.

Fear takes over and causes so much of the loss at the gaming tables and most players have no idea why the fear actually sets in and it has to do with primarily your subconscious mind frame and reservoir that stores the subconscious.

The basis of your decision making process at gaming is actually contained within your subconscious mind which so many of us have no idea about.

There is actually a block between your subconscious and your conscious minds. You have to remove the block in order to be successful at gaming.

What you have to realize and deal with is your conscious mind is 99% unaware of the subconscious and what the subconscious will produce and make your agenda.

But the subconscious mind overwhelms most decisions made or about to be made by the conscious mind. In other words and in reality, you are self-defeating yourself the highest majority of the times. And when frustration and anxiety along with emotions set in, that will be most likely be 100% of the time. This is what needs to be addressed, not how to follow the last decision or not follow the last decision or follow the chop chop or follow the streak or follow the person winning at the table or bet opposite the person losing at the table or only bet a certain amount of your buy-in and all that other garbage that is written on the internet.

You have to understand your conscious mind contains all of the thoughts, feelings, and wishes of which we are all holding at any given moment. The unconscious mind is a genuine reservoir of your thoughts feelings memories and urges that are outside of your conscious awareness. No matter if they're positive or negative.  However the negative will generally be produced and held much longer than the positive experiences within the subconscious reservoir and that is what makes it so dangerous especially at the gaming tables.

Your conscious mind commands you and generally directs your decision making process in real time. Stay with me here please. Your subconscious mind obeys. Your subconscious mind is your unquestioning servant that is working day and night to make your behavior fit into and with your emotional thoughts, hopes, and desires. All of your habits of thinking and acting are stored in your subconscious mind. And again this is what makes it so dangerous at the gaming table for your decision making process because of the influence that you cannot control and in most cases don't even know about.

Once activated your subconscious goals, choices, and actions persist until met. That is exactly the reason for continued wagering at the tables once the wins are capitalized on as well as continued wagering when experiencing continued losses.

It is not as easy as saying, "I will do this or that" or "I will prime my subconscious and be aware of it all the time" or "I'm only going to follow my conscious mind", etc., etc., etc.

Your subconscious includes feelings, hidden memories, habits, thoughts, desires, and reactions. Memories and emotions that are painful, embarrassing, shameful and of the likes are all stored within your subconscious and will influence your  behavior and real-time decision making process, both heavily and continually.

Now maybe you can start to realize why each of us experience conflict within our decision-making process at the tables and how our frustration builds after losses as well as failing to capitalize on winning bets and sections with larger wins that we actually either had an advantage and seen somehow, or just felt very confident were going to come about and they did.

There are things a table game player can do to combat the levels of your mind and access your subconscious and develop roles that will give you a better advantage in your decision-making process.

More to come in detail within my next post about Levels and Roles.

Thanks for reading and stay safe!

Macau casinos ended their worst year on record with little sign of progress in a recovery, though hopes remain for a rebound in the world?s largest gambling hub later in 2021.

Hi Everyone! We're going to make one last server reinstall to close the year to be aligned to fix the bugs this January 2021.

Forum gets a little downtime but it's all OK since the data is backed.

Going to perform a "soft" reinstall to close the year & prepare thing for the biggie one which will -hopefully- fix things in our pages and the other minor errors.

Will also try to get us a working responsive forum template to get in shape @ mobile devices.

Just wanted to advice so you know it's programmed

2020 sucked!  Let's make it better all the way around for each of us!
Best to each and everyone of you guys.

Cheers & happy holidays!  Alrelax.

A proposal to raise the threshold at which gamblers must report their slot winnings isn't going to make or break Las Vegas, but it would offer a bit of help for the Nevada economy at a time when we really need it.

Vegas and Atlantic City / The Real Vegas Seriously Sad
December 13, 2020, 07:11:39 AM
LAS VEGAS   The casino has been closed for months. The hotel rooms are empty. Out front, the three-story sign that once beckoned to gamblers with $1.99 margaritas now advertises a food bank in the parking lot every Thursday.

"8 a.m. until all food is distributed," says the sign at the Fiesta Henderson.

It wasn't supposed to be like this in America.

General Discussion / Off Line Server Maintenance Issues
October 25, 2020, 06:22:31 AM
We had some issues in connecting with the server after we did some upgrades and some changes on our end.

It took a few days and when we went to reconnect we actually didn't know it was not back online until a few people brought it to our attention yesterday.

We were only seeing the admin side of it. Everything should be back online now.

Looking for some confirmation from anybody and if you're seeing this can you please post a reply so we know that the members are getting back on.  As well if you have any problems you can post them also thanks.

Some of the things I use in my Money Management Method.

The 1-3-2-6 Wagering next 4 hands I wager bet.

Really interesting how other people  are talking about much more than 4 Wagers and how they tally up their wins and what their risk is and it doesn't match what a  1-3-2-6 actually is. I've had many inquiries over the last couple years about the longevity of the 1-3-2-6 as well as other inquiries about how it actually works. A lot of people comment on it but so many people don't really know about it or try it. To me it's much more effective than flat betting or a constant parlay or constant positive progressions and even the up & pull people talk about that's been around for ages where say you wager $200 and win, the next wager might be $300, etc.

The following chart is based on winning one and moving on. You bet one unit if you win then you bet three units, if you win then you pull down and you bet two units, then if you win you wager for the last bet of 6 units.

1-3-2-6.

BET       1               BET     3               BET    2               BET    6
Your Risk    1                     2                          0                          0
If Won       +1                   +4                        +6                       +12
If Lost        -1                     -2                        +2                         0

(Please note, if you won the first two and you bet the third hand and you lost you still have two more units, in and above what you started with for another 2 attempts. That's why I love this kind of progression depending on the first win.)

And you cannot lose more than two of your own units if it fizzles out after the second wager. It is one of the greatest, simplest progressions in wagering.

Think about it, if you win only two units, 2 Wagers you have absolutely no risk to win 12 units or break even. It is a great wager!

The second most important thing that has helped me countless times, has been my 1 + 4 Side Parlay Wager, that I risk only with win money.

1 + 4 Side Parlay Wager

I move XYZ units into my 1 + 4 Side Parlay Wager allocation after certain wins for 4, 5 or 6 chances to succeed.

These wagers are placed coinciding with my regular wagers and usually never consecutively in a row with the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th attempts after the initial first hand win.

Example:

4 Chances of $75.00.  Total win set aside of $300.00.
$75.00.  1st win parlay $150, 2nd $300, 3rd $600, 4th 1,200.  Net if won $2,400.

5 Chances of $100.00.  Total win set aside of $500.00.
$100.00.  1st win parlay $200, 2nd $400, 3rd $800, 4th $1,600.  Net if won $3,200.00.

The woman, in custody for an hour and 28 minutes, had the handcuffs removed at 1:50 a.m.  Over an accusation the patron stole $20.00 of credits from another player's slot machine.

"Under the circumstances, there was no need to detain the patron or subject her to the treatment given to her and the threats to try and force a confession out of her," the filing says. "The matter could have been resolved without even speaking to her, let alone detaining her for 90 minutes."

Prove your right, prove your innocent, stay strong.

Wisdom and thoughts do not translate into making money on your terms.

The Drive.......You wind up saying this cannot be happening to me just about each and every time. What you wind up doing, is to simply betray yourself inflicting betrayal upon yourself, nobody else but that's usually what happens the highest majority of the times when you get down and look at it.

Almost never realizing what the real focus needs to be and what the importance of remaining totally conscious of just that, rather than feeding into the numerous downfalls of the game. And the downfalls are all around you and you fall into them. I know most of them in the brick-and-mortar end of it, but online the biggest one being when in practice mode it allows you to be right the majority of the times but then real money is a total different story. There are numerous other ones as well.

The downfalls of the game are parallel to wishful thinking with tons of fallacy. The more knowledgeable and the more hard-headed one actually is becomes a huge roadblock in allowing yourself to actually see the way to make money.

Unfortunate but so true.

Players with circles are Naturals

Ended over 20 ahead for Banker

After what is shown just ones and twos both sides

After the first Fortune 7 almost every players hand looked good with the first two cards then if not Natural 9 the third card reduced the player almost every time. Several Natural 8s for the players side but the Banker had Natural 9 at least four times.

FORMER BORGATA EXECUTIVE WHO LEFT FOR OCEAN CASINO MUST RETURN PHONE WITH HIGH-ROLLER DATA: JUDGE

I simply love it the Borgata throwing a stupid sissy hissy fit with what is the normal course of business when Casino Hosts go from one property to another property for a raise in compensation and benefits.  What a waste of the Court's time and all of this information was most likely downloaded the first day they left or just before they left a Borgata anyway, the rest of it's all personal knowledge that the casino hosts have.  There are no trade secrets or unfair Trade Practices, ROMAFL. That would be the same as if a guy was an really great woodworker custom cabinet maker and learned at one business and got hired on by someone else and then that original business saying, you can't make custom cabinets for our competitor.

One salesman doing the job for another competitor that was hired on.  End of story.

Las Vegas Strip Accused of Being Potential COVID-19 Breeding Ground

Now the real damage will start and it'll only get worse. The Free Ride & Profits all these years is officially over.

MGM Resorts International said Friday it is sending separation letters to 18,000 U.S. employees who were furloughed during the coronavirus pandemic, making their job cuts permanent for now.

MGM's Empire City remains closed in New York state, as does its Park MGM in Las Vegas. Casinos in Las Vegas, where MGM has an outsized presence on the Strip, continue to be especially affected by declines in tourism and travel, restrictions on capacity, the lack of fans at sports events, and negligible conference and group business.

"Win", is a given not a fuel or an indicator. It has to be allocated to your Money Management Method and excluded from your decisions. It has to be, otherwise it will only be a fuel for your loss forthcoming.

"To Accept the Loss". Said without much thought really. In business, in investing, gambling, and personal life, everywhere. "To Accept the Loss" is a universal catch-all for many reasons covering many areas.

You cannot always 'control' or 'regulate' things so much really. Then when you seemingly can 'control' or 'regulate' whatever it is causing you to wager on one side or the other and are constantly winning, the number of hands will be only a few.

Do not think your Money Management Method can overcome losses, bad decisions and your mistakes. It cannot and never will. Money Management Methods are best used effectively to allow win money to be divided up into two areas. Number 1) To go into your active play money, and/ or Number 2) To go into you're locked up money.  A proper Money Management Method will allow you to continue winning if you are and hold a certain amount of the win money and all of your buy-in, if you start to lose and have the willpower to walk away.

In essence so many baccarat players believe that their Money Management Methods, unlike what I described in the  above paragraph; will control, recoup losses and regulate themselves while playing. And that is extremely dangerous. You are hurting yourself with your own unrealistic expectations.

Because most all baccarat players believe that they have to make up for losses or enter into other forms of wagering to recoup losses to get even, they lose sight of the shoe presentments as they are happening and move into the frame of mind that 'XYZ' will be coming out for whatever justification they feel good believing. This is where whatever you win on one or a few hands, will be lost on subsequent wagers with your attempt to repeat wins.

And at this point almost all of us will be affected by our emotions, with or without our knowledge that they have.

When loss does not happen we usually excel and excel with pride, happiness, purpose and huge drive no matter if it's small, medium or large wins involved. Of course, larger is going to produce greater responses from us but even the small ones ignite our energy and hopes to get to the larger ones. But the downside is knowing when to leave the casino and these days I see less and less of people leaving with sizable win money. Like I said, winning money becomes extremely dangerous because it changes a clear way of thinking. It also influences 'Unreal Expectations', which I'll write about next.

And that is exactly why most all the internet forum people will claim they are wagering without emotions, claiming they checked their emotions at the door along with all other false hopes.  Much easier said and planned outside the casino than what is actually consistently able to be done at a live baccarat table.
