Coherent set of instructions, and a practical example, with spins.....even better.

I changed the progression for this one (Thanks to soggett!)

A cycling progression:

After 3 spins -1/+1 progression:
The Negative cyclic progression would look like this:

1 1 1 2 2 2 3 3 3 4 4 4 5 5 5 6 6 6 7 7 7 8 8 8 9 9 9 10 10 10 11 11 11 12 12 12 13 13 13 14 14 14 15 15 15 16 16 16 17 17 17 18 18 18 19 19 19 20 20 20 That is a 60-step progression.
(Before reaching table-limit)

IF win within a this 3 cycle progression -1 unit bet.
This cycling progression would look like this

1 1 1 L
2 2 2 L
3 3 3 W
2 2 2 L
3 3 3 L
4 4 4 W
3 3 3 W
2 2 2 W
1 1 1 .......and so on

If 2 or more groups qualify do we bet all or only the group that has slept the longest

Hey Mate,

Not tryin to rain on your parade but your progression doesn't look realistic. If you plot out the numbers, you stop making a profit at the end of the '2 2 2' cycle.
I don't think you've factored in the cumulative losses. Have a look at my Excel Sheet below. Also, going to a 60 step progression (while OK for table limits) means more than 5,000
units at risk here ... yikes!

Well, perhaps so... but if you are on 4u bet for an example, get one win (within 3 spins), that may not recover all losses, but progression works that way, then you go down to a 3u bet get a hit, then you go down to 2u bet, get another hit within 3 spins go back down to 1u bet, get a loss you go back up to 2u bet and so on.... that's how this progression works....
