If dreams can come true so can nightmares. Resorts World just might want to be thinking about if it was such a good choice in the very beginning:
"Resorts World President Scott Sibella, a veteran casino executive and former president and CEO of the MGM Grand, is no stranger to challenges. But Resorts World is the biggest and most expensive project he has worked on."

Actually, what you said a few years ago is exactly what happened to the strip today. I hereby award you an A+ in prediction.!

Just what the Vegas Strip is going to want, a huge mega resort featuring Chinese food if they ever do open. :))

Here is another Vegas project that was probably doomed before it was begun, even without COV19.
The Sphere will cost between $ 1.2 and $ 1.7 Billion....and it's basically a high tech movie house.
They will have to charge between $ 50 and $ 100 a ticket, and how can they show a profit since it will cost so much to build.......and when you go at least once, you will probably know what it is like and won't go back.
Construction is halted because of the virus......probably doesn't matter since it most likely would have failed anyway even without the virus....it just cost too much......not enough revenue to service the debt.
