An oldie requested by Sam:

This is a legacy program based off an oldie codebase, hence should be taken "as is".

As title says: topic starters are moderators of their own topics now  :nod:

With everyone being a "Topic moderator" taking care of their own started threads, the work of Global Moderators should be easier from now on.

Wow, that's a creative way. Thanks for giving it a thought :nod:

Do you mean to say, two is enough?
I mean to say I've learned in this game one should be careful in the way you manage the wins you have in your hands. If there's no reason as to look for a 3rd or 4th hit, then it is better to withdraw what you have collected for the cycle.

On the other hand, perhaps you have studied deeply the likeliness of a number coming 3 times and develop a strategy upon them (which truth be told, isn't that far-fetched, a number showing 3 times in 37 spins could be argued to be a regular happening). If such is the case, go for it  :)

Is it limited to two hits only or we may go further with it as well?

Three and more hits can be pursued by the same proportions in the calculations:

( 36 * <units bet> ) / Spins left.

Just bear in mind the fact that the more hits pursued, the lesser the probability to successfully attaining win goal for the cycle.

You always have to ponder risk vs the likeliness of reward.

Cheers.

What is a "zone" how is it defined?

What is the betting situation...how?

1) Let 37 spins pass.

2) You bet from spins 38 to 54 that a larger zone will be formed.

Regards.

hi Vic - what do you mean by betting 'the lesser numbers' in this context?

I mean the less amount of numbers per spin.

This happens because when a large zone ends the cycle, you likely only be 2 or 3 numbers.

Here are your random numbers:
4 35 9 36 15 4 32 36 35 1 10 13 7 12 26 8 5 7 22 12 7 10 36 26 5 25 20 33 16 28 35 16 25 11 4 25 20 taken from random.org now, bet let's say 16.

Initial bank: 36 units.
Initial bet size: 1 unit.

#Spin / Number / Bet / Balance

#1 - 4 - 1 - 36
#2 - 35 - 1 - 35
#3 - 9 - 1 - 34
#4 - 36 - 1 - 33
#5 - 15 - 1 - 32
#6 -  4 - 1 - 31
#7 - 32 - 1 - 30
#8 - 36 - 1 - 29
#9 - 35 - 1 - 28
#10 -  1 - 1 - 27
#11 - 10 - 1 - 26
#12 - 13 - 1 - 25
#13 -  7 - 1 - 24
#14 - 12 - 1 - 23
#15 - 26 - 1 - 22
#16 -  8 - 1 - 21
#17 -  5 - 1 - 20
#18 -  7 - 1 - 19
#19 - 22 - 1 - 18
#20 - 12 - 1 - 17
#21 -  7 - 1 - 16
#22 - 10 - 1 - 15
#23 - 36 - 1 - 14
#24 - 26 - 1 - 13
#25 -  5 - 1 - 12
#26 - 25 - 1 - 11
#27 - 20 - 1 - 10
#28 - 33 - 1 - 9
#29 - 16 - 1 - 8

This hit bring us +36 units (1 unit from investment + 35 units from payout).

We are at spin #29, so:

36 - 29 = 7 spins left.

Now we divide the units obtained by the spins left in the cycle:

36 / 7 = 5.14 units

And add them on top of the base bet:

1 + 5.14 = 6.14 units.

We continue betting 6.14 units per spin.

#30 - 28 - 6.14 - 43
#31 - 35 - 6.14 - 36.86
#32 - 16 - 6.14 - 30.72

Second hit.

(36 * 6.14) = 221.04

Accounting for the last spin's units layed:

30.72 - 6.14 = 24.58

Adding it to payout: 221.04 + 24.58 = 245.62

Final balance: 245.62 units.

Now you know why its name is "Boom!".

Straight-up / Re: TRILLIONEIGHBORS
November 20, 2012, 06:50:39 AM

Please notice there is a variation for Trillioneighbors, where Zone of 4 in included inconditionally, considered as a TRILLIONEIGHBOR formation with zero space (0) in between the "glued" neighboring Zones.

It is an exception to the exact rule, but you may want to try it yourself.

So, under this variation, in the first example above we would have to include 35 . 33:

In this scenario:

[attachimg=1]

We scan the disc to find the numbers whose appearance would form the 3 consecutive zones we are looking for. Let's break it down to each possible target:

Of course, we add 6 and 13:

[attachimg=2]

Because either 6:

[attachimg=3]

or 13 make the desired event.

[attachimg=4]

Also we add 14 and 9:

[attachimg=5]

Since any of them...

[attachimg=6]

[attachimg=7]

...make the 3 contiguous zones.

I think by now the target of TRILLIONEIGHBORS should be more than clear.

But let's do some more instances to reaffirm.

Straight-up / TRILLIONEIGHBORS
November 20, 2012, 04:04:51 AM

This thread is accompanying my previous Millioneighbors topic.

In the spirit of improving our personal game as time goes by, I ended up improving my millioneighbors bet to use less numbers, in exchange of a longer wait and required spin-window in between placed bets.

Our goal formation for TRILLIONEIGHBORS consists in looking for three (3) contiguous formations of zone 2 (or above) regardless of the space in between them.

Better to explain by example. Let's consider the following numerical sequence:

[attachimg=1]

We evaluate the situation and determine which numbers could generate the formation of three (3) realized zones, contiguously.

We have it. Numbers 26 and 24 are the ones:

[attachimg=2]

Since either 26:

[attachimg=4]

or 24 make three (3) consecutive Zones realized:

[attachimg=3]

In this case they were all Zone 2's, but Trillioneighbors's bet selection is not limited to considering only Zones of 2.

Let's see some more examples.

Straight-up / Re: MILLIONEIGHBORS

Also when using the Millioneighbors bet you must be aware of taking numbers out as the disc-based "picture" evolves within the playing cycle.

For instance, say after the sequence mentioned above, number 27 shows up:

[attachimg=1]

Now you must take out 25 and 34 and move your targeted neighbors to 6 and 13, because of 27 is now the one found first when "moving to the right" from the realized Zone 2 by 8 . 30:

[attachimg=2]

...and so on as the disc-based formations dynamically chance.

By the way, I want to highlight "Left" and "Right" really means ALL THE WAY left and ALL THE WAY right.

Just in case some may think Left and Right were limited by the halves where the pivot zone has been realized.

Hence, given the sequence 8 . 30 . 17 . 15:

[attachimg=1]

We must go all the way following the left from 8 to 15 for determining bets:

This bet selection is simple but can prove effective in the correct applications/frameworks.

Disc-based. The bet goes like this:

When we have a neighbor or "zone of 2" formed, we bet:

- Both neighbors of the realized zone of 2.
- Both neighbors of the next number to the RIGHT of the zone.
- Both neighbors of the next number to the LEFT of the zone.

e.g. we have the following sequence: 1 . 17 . 8 . 30:

[attachimg=1]

We must bet:

- Both neighbors of the realized zone of 2: 23 . 11, neighbors of realized Zone 2 made by by 8 . 30.
- Both neighbors of the next number to the RIGHT of the zone: 25 . 34. Neighbors of 17.
- Both neighbors of the next number to the LEFT of the zone: 33 . 20, neighbors of 1.

[attachimg=2]

The underlying principle is the continuous clumping of realized neighbors (zone 2) formations, regardless of the distance in between.

There's an exception or particularity on this bet: Zone of 3 by definition falls into millioneighbors, with space zero (0) in between neighbors. So when we have two numbers separated by one space, we must bet the common neighbor (I.e. the center); given a sequence including 12 . 3, we identify and bet 35 as eligible, like this:
