Gambling Philosophy / Re: "There is no truth. There is only perception."
December 15, 2013, 04:08:47 AMQuoteThe coloring of the rainbow is nothing more than a shared (reliable, consistent, and kick-behind) illusion.
Reminds me of this particular quote:
"Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one."

Tutorials & Snippets / Re: [VB.NET] Clicker
December 14, 2013, 11:15:58 AMQuote from: Abc123 on December 08, 2013, 02:38:19 PMCould somebody tell me where I can find more information?
Good and bad news here.
a) Availability of information depends on what programming language you are aiming to use.
b) There are no "official" tutorials on bot making per se. Every programmer usually makes his own ways using the information for the "building parts" that compound the bot (i.e. there's a plethora of image recognition info and whitepapers, a plethora of raw WIN32 API programming sites including MSDN -invaluable!-, a plethora of separated tutorials published in different for each language -C/VB/Delphi/Etc).
There's a project for an easy-to-extend public-domain bot at: BetSoftware

Because even the holy of holiest method anyone in our mankind can find is prone to failure when facing infinity. (Just run a 24/7 True Random Number Generator with enough computing power and see).
But still, is IS a winning system for the person using it during his/her lifetime for extracting money out of the casino consistently. Both concepts are and aren't at the same time. Depending on who you are.

“There is no truth. There is only perception.”
― Gustave Flaubert
This is the epitome of a gambling-related quote.
With as many ways to track the same events as people can figure-out, we can say none of the events exist in reality; they are only perceived. But at the same time, ALL the events exist because they are real events to each of the trackers/observers.
So the next time somebody tells you there is no system, you can tell them your system does exist. Now, whether it wins or not is debatable. When dealing with infinity everything is, and everything isn't (at the same time).
Having said that, it is better to use a point of reference for our perceptions when trying to understand an infinite stream of numbers than nothing.
Just like in space's infinity there is no sense of up or down, above or below or anything else regarding direction and yet we use points of reference, in the unlimited flow of numerical events of randomness it is perfectly valid to use our very own directional ways.
...Don't put down someone else's systems/ways so easily. They are as valid as the other way around:

Gents, let's chill-out.
I'm certain we are mature enough to conduct a friendly competition/challenge in good terms; exhibition plays in games such as basketball or others are just that. No need for any player/team to exit the league.

Well, there's no arguing with that "cut point" methodology. She knows when to go, ladies are the wiser in our relationships

vCore / Re: vCore => Our home-grown web engine
December 01, 2013, 02:03:12 AM
The ultimate goal of this new engine effort is to make us free. In many ways and fronts.
By having a custom web engine, we can replicate it with full rights in as many free or paid hosts as we wish or like.
Many channels working as one.
A distributed network of content which I don't own, but merely index (and assist tech-wise).
It's beautiful, it's freeing, it doesn't need me to be the owner of the contents, and that frees me from any legal duties regarding actual ownership.
A service provider of sorts, using the facilities of independent web hosts, working in a coordinate fashion.
Google indexes, we aim to index and coordinate.
More to come.
